    Thanksgiving home away from home! Love it here so much! Always grateful for the warm welcome from Raza & Irene at the front desk. They will do anything possible to help with any guest accommodation. Always super excited to see Ovi, Hernan, Geoffrey, Fitzroy, Ernest, Pram, Martin and Collins. What a crew! Always willing to make our stay extraordinary ! So grateful for the stellar customer experience at this hotel each and every year! Over 10 years and counting! Housekeeping and the valet staff is fabulous as well!

    Best trip ever

    Likely one of our most favorite trips we’ve taken. Beautiful resort and the service is impeccable. Special shout out on service to Geoffrey, Issack, Dev and David. You all made our trip so enjoyable. Thank you. We dined a most restaurants here and everything was excellent. Our favorite on property was probably Andiamo but all were excellent.

    Perfection

    From the moment you walk in till the moment leave wvery detail was spot on. Only thing is October is off season, so limited Ritz's restaurants and the spa amenities were under construction. But they gave us a credit to use at another local spa. We went off site to many restaurants and adventures. Ramon, the concierge, was so helpful with every question and every place we wanted to visit. Will definitely visit again!

    One of the BEST!

    Minutes away from the airport, this beautiful resort has one of the most amazing beaches in the world. Crystal clear, tranquil water and powdery white sand made this property one of our family's favorite. Great service across the board, especially on the beach and by the pool. Highly recommend!

    Amazing!!

    Amazing experience during the shoulder season! Hotel was super quiet and extremely relaxing. The beach setup is superb that every chair has shade and the pool setup is also fantastic. Everyone working there was very friendly. Our room was super comfortable and spacious! The gym was also state of the art.
