Jul 15, 2025Upgrade to the Reserve. It’s worth it.
The dedicated staff members on the Reserve part were amazing! From quickly handling obnoxious guests (it is a resort meant for relaxing) to making sure we had reservations to bringing ice or any other request, they made our stay so enjoyable! And the spa services were very good! Actually got some of my knots out!

Wonderful restful Vacation
Our recent trip to Plama Real Reserve was excellent and restful for us. The food at all of the restaurants were excellent especially the Sante where we had breakfast and lunch daily. Bernadais the hostess at Sante, always greeted us with a smile and was very engaging. Gustavo the waiter, tended to our every need when dining. Drinks at the bars were good and we had an amazing time at the Winery! we spent most of the day at the beach and Pedro and Rafael were amazing, making sure we were comfortable and were well hydrated.. Kelvin our concierge checked in with us daily and made sure we had whatever we needed. Overall an amazing experience, once again!

Relaxing Family Vacation
My family and I just returned from a wonderful stay at Paradisus Palma Real, and we're already planning our return next year! The resort is immaculate and beautifully maintained, with breathtaking views in every direction. Our children (ages 5 and 10) had an amazing time at the Kidsdom. The caregivers there are warm, attentive, and truly enjoy spending time with the kids — which gave us complete peace of mind while they played and made new friends. We stayed in an Ocean Front Suite and were fortunate to have the absolute best concierge — Alam. He truly made our experience unforgettable. Attentive, warm, and engaging, Alam made us feel genuinely special from the moment we arrived. Thanks to his care, I didn’t have to worry about a thing; he ensured every detail was handled and that my entire family was well taken care of. His kindness toward my mother and children meant so much to us. No request was ever too big or too small. I sincerely hope he’s still there when we return next year — seeing him around the property and chatting with him was always a highlight. I'd also like to recognize Lisandro, who consistently sought us out to ask how we were enjoying our meals and overall stay. He showed a genuine interest in both what the resort was doing well and how it could improve. My family and I looked forward to his friendly check-ins throughout our visit. Finally, a special mention goes to Jeison. Whether at the breakfast buffet or just passing by during the day, he always greeted us with a big smile and warm conversation. His positive energy was contagious. Together, Alam, Lisandro, and Jeison made our stay truly exceptional. We're so grateful to have met them and wish them all the best. There were plenty of activities for the whole family to enjoy. The pool area was spacious, and we never had an issue finding available lounge chairs throughout our stay. The beach was clean, well-maintained, and absolutely beautiful. We didn't have any problems finding lounge chairs or beach bed either. We went parasailing and also took a glass-bottom boat tour. While the term “glass-bottom” is a bit misleading — it was really just a small rectangle of glass with not much to see — we still enjoyed the boat ride itself. The kids especially liked spotting the dolphins, shark, and stingrays. That said, seeing the animals in confined, aquarium-like enclosures left me feeling uneasy. If animal welfare is a concern, this part of the excursion might be one to skip. Still, the ride was peaceful and relaxing overall. One thing to note: the beach vendors are quite persistent and can be a bit disruptive at times. Be prepared to firmly (and frequently) say "no" if you're not interested. One more thing to note: please give more attention to the bed pillows. They were kind of sad and deflated.

Great hospitality!
The hospitality is amazing! Everyone genuinely cares about your comfort and well being. Not having to worry about anything because we knew Emmanuel and Alam would take care of everything was great. My group and I were able to just relax.

Excellent Place!
Hotel is beautifull, the staff is friendly and try to please you in every detail. Food is very good, rooms are big and comfortable. Main pool is huge and very clean, the beach has a fine sand and beautiful waters. Do not forget to ask for Marvin in the Rum Republic Bar, he does an excellent passion mamajuana. Rose Mary the concierge was helping and guiding us all the time. And Luis and Manuel (the waiters) made our stay memorable.
