    Would 100% recommend to everyone

    My 14th all inclusive experience. Would 100% recommend this hotel. We upgraded to The Reserve. I’m not sure if it’s worth. The private restaurant is nice for lunch, and the exclusive beach section and pool are nice. We just don’t know if we would recommend paying the upgrade. There are many adult private pool sections. I would not come here if I had kids over 1 year old. There are no places for kids. A baby under 1 is fine, but other than that this is not a resort for kids. Being a guest at this hotel you have access to Republic Fun which is like 2 minutes away by cart. You ask the bell boys to take you and there is the best mini putt ever and great entertainment. Definitely go!! Pros: the food was beyond excellent. (Better than Club Med Cancun). The Asian and Italian restaurants are EXCELLENT. The rooms are so beautiful with snacks and little extras (body lotion, etc). The pools are big. The chairs and sunbeds make the difference!! The beach section was beautiful! We walked further on the beach and the other hotels did not have a machine to remove algae. This hotel removes algae every morning which makes a difference. The coffee at the Ginger bar is AMAZING. The drinks are AMAZING like I have never seen this. They are amazing at every bar. Cons: the animation is not the best. The staff does not really seem to care if you give tip. Overall the staff is nice! There are A LOT of sellers on the beach and they are really annoying. Some of them even go into the resort which is too much. We understand it is their job but each day we were at the beach and the same vendors ask 3-4 times each if you want to buy their things or get a massage. It’s just harassement at this point. Each day we would have at least 30-40 vendors asking us to buy things. Special mention to Andres which was so nice to us. Also special mention to Ciari I believe (hope I spell her name right). Also, Anthony every morning at the Ginger Bar for the coffee was so nice.

    Great Holiday @ Palma Real

    We had a fantastic time at Palma Real for our Thanksgiving this year! The facility is right there on the beach! We had a great swim up suite that was just right for our family. There was a living space and a separate bedroom. This was nice for when our toddler needed his afternoon naps, so an adult could have a space to relax and could even enjoy the patio and pool. For beach time, we headed to the cabanas in the “Kanna” section where Enrique and Yaslainin were awesome! They checked in regularly and made sure we were happy and comfortable! For other dinner and other things (dinner, spa, golf), Francicso with the circle program was our assigned concierge, and he was super helpful answering questions and getting reservations coordinated, and being our go-to person! Overall, we had a wonderful vacation!!

    Best service ever

    Arisleida was wonderful!! She was totally on top of our needs, lovely as she could be, friendly, sweet - we loved her and can’t wait to come back and see her again. Antonio also super helpful in getting us reservations for dinner.

    Paradisus Palma

    A very enjoyable week holiday. Great clean resort with attentive staff and great food. Beautiful beach, great weather. DO NOT brush your teeth with the tap water though. Of group of 4, 3 of us had some stomach issues but the 1 who used bottled from the start was fine. Not serious enough to ruin holiday just a note to avoid.
