The resort was amazing. We loved our room and view of the reserve. Food was good. Our concierge Adriel took great care of us, always checking in and going above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. The resort was calm and relaxing but still had some great music and entertainment at night. Nothing crazy. Not a big party resort. Great separation between kids and adults only areas if needed. Would recommend for a nice relaxing vacation

So close to awesome
Just wrapping up a full week here on 6 Feb. Not a veteran of all inclusive or reviews for that matter but wanted to chime in on what we would have done differently. I'll do this pretty quickly: Grounds/beach- 9/10. - almost all ready are sleek, clean, updated, and luxurious. Only a few dated aspects (main pool for one) Vibe: 10:10 - very chill and friendly. Exactly what we like. No one trying to grab you for extras or to Join thier club. Etc. Staff: 10/10, I'm sure many places have friendly staff that call you "family". Feels like most staff here mean it - they personally want you to be happy in their home country. JUILA at the swim up suite- amazing - always made sure we had the freshest pina coladas! Room: the trip originated as a 3 Day company meeting in standard junior room, but we splurged and came the whole week and upgraded to the Master Swim Up. Amazing room, maybe even a little too much. Very clean, no issues, super comfortable. Housekeeping was also excellent. Food - 6/10. Didn't have any preset expectations, so it was decent. Not a big factor for us either way. So why 3 stars? Value for the room. While the rom was awesome, the large upgrade cost was disappointing. We were in building 3, pool right in front, but the constant motorized traffic in front was a bummer. Every time you doze off into a nap, or holding a chat with a friend, there was some type of motorcycle, delivery truck, catering, supply shipment buzzing by just on the other side of the hedge. Where I wanted the most quiet, hard to come by during most of the day. For that, dissatisfied in the value my upgrade cost. If we chose to return someday , we'll be sure to stay in the adults only Reserve.

Must visit this hotel.
We have had such excellent service in such a beautiful atmosphere here. The staff, especially Jimbert in the dining area and Alexandra in the kids zone have gone out of their way to make our stay pleasurable.

Ana @ Paradisus Palma Real - Amazing!
We had the pleasure of meeting Ana at Paradisis Palma Real. She was an incredible help to us when we had to find accommodations for 2 nights because our flight home was cancelled. She was very friendly and available to us! Thanks Ana!
