    Never coming back

    It is very sad to say that this place does not really represent Mexico. First of all, the food was not good. How can you mess up Mexican corn!! You’re Mexican??? We had a leak in our bathroom from the room restroom above and we had to complain about it two three times to get out fixed. We had an outing that night and needed to take a shower and get ready. Their response was they were working on it and they didn’t have another room for us to take a shower. All they wanted to do was sell “like a time share” once they knew that we weren’t buying it never saw the concierge. I ordered a bottle for arrival and a cake, cancelled because we never saw the bottle and since the food isn’t good, why take the chance on the cake?!?! It’s sad because there are good people working at this place. However, I will not be coming back We enjoyed the Mexican Night show and thank God for the bar tender in the lobby!!!

    Wonderful Place to Stay

    We went with our family of four, the kids really enjoyed very much and so did we. The weather was wonderful while we were there, hot and no rain. The staffs were extremely excellent from the beginning to the end. Thank you all.

    It’s more expensive than on the web site.

    The resort is small but it’s ok. You have to pay premium service for total access to the restaurant and the price raises to more than double for the all inclusive benefits.

    Borris is the heart of the hotel

    The environment is extremely friendly and perfect for all ages. The entertainment team ( specifically Borris) was excellent and provided an enjoyable experience every day. The food was good and so were the drinks. But the best thing by far had to be the kind people and service we got. every member of the team gave their full effort to provide the best experience. Borris took the effort to learn our names and greet us and spend time with us whenever we saw him. on top of that he went out of his way to make our experience better.

    Negative review, Sports Bar, The Reef, Coco Beach!!!!!

    Currently staying at this hotel. Accommodation,food and general entertainment is really good. One issue to highlight is the attitude of one particular bar man. Noe works the sports bar. A good barman should be friendly and polite. Attentive to his customers at all times and try to interact to make their holiday experience the best it can be. Noe is none of these things. He is rude, favours local country guests over Europeans and will make you wait over other people who are not first in line. He does not try to engage and is, in our opinion not a good advertisement for this hotel.
