Very good place! Delicious food, nice service. Wonderful environment. Very cool animators entertained the kids. It was an eternal experience for them because of them. Thank you to them! We loved Boris, Jorge, Ana, Kristel, Erandi, Kenja, Kenett. We really loved Amanda and Daniel in the cocktail bar. And Alex in the restaurant.

Great place for family vacations
We had a great stay at this hotel. The property itself is very nice, the beach is absolutely beautiful, and the food was decent with a good variety. The entertainment throughout the stay was also great and kept the atmosphere fun and lively. I’d especially like to mention the amazing staff — Boris, Kenneth, Kritel, and Erandi — who truly made a difference with their friendliness and professionalism. A special shout-out as well to the travel agency located on the beach. Antonio (Tony) was incredible — he offered great prices, was extremely helpful, and is genuinely an amazing person. Highly recommend speaking with him if you’re planning any excursions. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and a place I would happily return to.

Highly Recommended! Staff are fantastic!
This year was our 3rd trip to the Reef resorts, 2nd to Coco specifically. The resort has everything you could ever need! Good food, included activities, and organized activities all day every day. But, my highest compliments go directly to the staff that will make your stay memorable. They either remember your names from your previous stay, or will know you by name after the first day or two. Special recognition to Boris for leading all of the daily activities, connecting not only with us, but with our children, and being a highlight to every day. Special recognition to Geraldo (bar tender) for many fun nights and to always going out of his way to make our evenings great! And special recognition to Orosco and the extended team at the Hibachi restaurant. Orosco puts on a great “show” and takes thing over-the-top every time! Advice to others… get to know the staff. Build a relationship with them, as they truly enjoy connecting with the guests as well. Invite them to a breakfast and get to them “off the clock”. We did this with Boris and it was great to hear more about his life, family, the city, etc. In summary - highly recommend. Make the most of your stay!

All inclusive stay for vacations.
The overall experience was good. I have been to the Italian and Mexican restaurants. The food was very good. The buffet was ok. The room condition was decent. The cleanliness was good. The resort had a program with activities that were followed. The guys were always full of energy especially Keneth and Erandi. The bar experience was very nice. Nice coctaila and good people eps especially Miranda.

Unforgettable experience
We stayed at Reef Coco Beach for 9 nights and we had an amazing experience. We got a beautiful room and the cleaning was with high level throughout the whole resort. We want to thank everybody, but especially the great people that made our stay unforgettable! Boris, Kenneth, Adam and Erandi from the animation team, Alex from the restaurant together with the breakfast team, Marco and all the bartenders who had to prepare so many gin tonic for us!
