Chiara was an amazing server I highly recommend this outdoor vibe. Waikiki is a place I highly recommend do try it when you get the chance. Outdoor live music and great drinks. Even accommodated drinks that weren’t on the menu. Perfect weather and great vibes. There are many places nearby to go out after and enjoy as well

A great place to relax and unwind.
A fabulous place to relax and unwind. The hotel has a sensational restaurant / bar for brekkie, lunch and dinner. Special mention goes to our server Christie who, in addition to providing great service, also recommended the Kalua Loco Moco for breakfast - it is the best Loco Moco I’ve had in 25 visits to Hawaii! Thank you very much Christie!

Chiara is the best server on the island!
Ask for Chiara, she wait on us for dinner and she was our best server on our trip!! Food was very good, and ambience was the best we could find in a very touristy area surrounded by grossly commercial malls and shops.

Hide Out at the Laylow
This is our 2nd time staying at the Laylow and we love it here. Only a short walking distance from pretty much everything Waikīkī has to offer. The hotel is always clean and well maintained, a very friendly staff, great food, and tasty drinks offered at the bar. One Staff in particular, a waitress by the name of Nicole (from the Hide Out restaurant)was extremely welcoming and provided top shelf service during our visit. She was patient and shared options on the menu along with her recommendations. She extended the right amount of service and made us feel right at home even during the busy breakfast time rush. For that, we will request to be seated in her section on all future visits. Her colleagues also assisted while she was busy with other customers which we appreciated because the staff acts as a team, not individually. Great place, will be back over and over again! Thank you Laylow staff!

Laylow activities with Midori
This place is such an elevated vibe of a hotel. We loved the daily activities including lei making with fresh flowers by Midori. She was a delight, teaching us different arts and crafts every day at 10am!!
