The Kimberly is centrally located and has many beautiful amenities. The fish tank in the lobby is my favorite part. Katy thoroughly explained the property to me and handled my check in with ease and proficiency. She made me feel welcomed and at home. Would stay here again. The Kimberly Hotel - A Definite Stay
I recently stayed at The Kimberly Hotel in New York City and had an excellent experience. From the moment I arrived, Katy at the front desk made me feel welcome. She was extremely helpful during check-in and took the time to thoroughly explain the hotel's amenities, services, and dining options. Her professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail set the tone for a wonderful stay. The hotel itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and ideally located. I highly recommend The Kimberly Hotel and appreciate the outstanding customer service provided by Katy.

Wonderful hotel, staff and location.
What a wonderful stay at The Kimberly. We had a 1 bedroom executive suite which was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of space. Nice to have a balcony. The staff here were so friendly. Location was perfect too.

Excellent hotel choice
My husband and I stayed four nights in a suite at this hotel and could not have been more satisfied. Our rooms were immaculate and the staff are extremely well trained and professional, while being warm and welcoming. We especially thought two employees at the front desk, Katie and Keelin, were outstanding.

Beautiful Suite Stay
We had an amazing overnight stay at the Kimberly last weekend to celebrate my friends' birthday. We'd booked the one bedroom suite as a surprise for her, and when we arrived the lovely Kaleen and Katy at the front desk (I hope I've got the names right!) upgraded us to the two bedroom suite. It really made our stay so super special and made the weekend even more amazing. All the staff were so friendly, we had drinks at the Upstairs which was great and the doormen were brilliant. Would 100% return!
