Nov 12, 2025BEST PLACE FOR A GIRLS TRIP
I visited the hotel for 5 days with my girlfriends. The staff was so amazing and helpful. The rooms are massive and very comfy beds. Having a living area to relax in makes a huge difference. The upstairs is beautiful.

Excellent old world service
What a gem we found! The suite was spacious and clean and well decorated. Old school. The staff from the front desk to the bellman to the housekeeping extraordinary! So friendly and thoughtful. Loved the rooftop bar for breakfast or late night drinks. Location very good. We are so grateful!

Great hotel, great location
Large, beautiful 1 BR suite was perfect for three people. We appreciated the privacy of having a door separate the bedroom from the living room/sleeper sofa. All very comfortable. The balcony was a plus. Can walk almost anywhere from the hotel's Midtown East location. There's also a lovely glass-enclosed rooftop restaurant with great views. Service was excellent.

Comfort and Service
The staff were all excellent. From the moment we pulled up and the bell staff met us to our breakfast the next morning in the upstairs restaurant, we felt welcome. A special acknowledgement to Arian who is a waiter at the upstairs who gladly pointed out buildings we had asked about and gave us great information on restaurant hours and how the canopy roof would open or close certain times of the day and in weather situations. The room was more than we expected with a kitchenette and separate sleeping room with a most comfortable bed. We’ve stayed in NYC many times and can now say the Kimberley is a favorite.

Best of the best
We have been coming to The Kimberly for over 15 years. It is a delightful hotel staffed by friendly and attentive staff who make us feel like family. The rooms are spacious and beautiful, most with balconies and windows that open! The dining options are great, too. The rooftop is a beautiful oasis high above the city. Our absolute favorite hotel!
