10/10 Experience
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, everything felt luxurious and the on hand staff support was second to none. The addition of the executive suit being available with our booking made this trip feel that much more premium. We will be returning again to this location, one of our favourite hotels to date & we are now keen to check out the suites here !

Great hotel
Return regularly to this very well run hotel .Yet another good visit . Rooms super comfy with good touches that many hotels dont get right .For example the shower has the controls at the other end of the space to the actual water outlet [so you dont get wet trying to work out how it works ] and the control shows clearly marked ..drench and hand spray,hot and cold . Pretty basic eh ? At least 95% of hotels dont have that because some god forsaken designer thinks it cleverer to keep you guessing .Interacted with lots of staff and all super friendly and competent ....again ,should be the norm but isnt . excellent location but also very quiet at night . I recommend

Internal Company Event - Highly Recommend!
We had an excellent experience hosting our company's sales kickoff event here. We are a global company and travelled into Dublin to bring together ~150 employees together. Our event was an incredible success, largely thanks to the outstanding staff. Evenor, Patryk, and Val were exceptional to work with—always on point, responsive, and incredibly efficient. They adapted to changes without any pushback and consistently offered thoughtful alternatives, support, and solutions throughout the entire week. Their teamwork truly helped ensure our event ran smoothly. Ana, our event manager both leading up to and during the event, was a pleasure to work with. She was highly organized, accommodating, and handled multiple changes seamlessly, which made a huge difference. Overall, the entire staff was pleasant and welcoming, including the front desk and restaurant teams. The hotel food was great, and the beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel for events or stays—you’ll be in excellent hands.
