    very good hotel on Curacao

    This is a very nice hotel, with great location and wonderful private beach, rooms are big and beds are comfortable, there is a big choice of food and bars serve very tasty and colorful drinks, staff at the reception is very friendly and helpful

    Mediocre Trip

    You get what you pay for. Classic words that hold true with this resort experience. For $200+ per day, I expected more. That was my mistake. The Hyatt name is slapped on this resort, but not the Hyatt experience. Beautiful room view of the ocean and a balcony that absorbed the tropical breezes. Bland food in the main cafe every day. Identical menu every day in the main restaurants. Attentive and friendly staff. Return to Curacao? Yes. To this resort? No.

    75th birthday celebration

    Air conditioning worked, room clean. Food ok. Most entertainment enjoyable. All employees helpful and social. Japanese restaurant was amazing.

    Not good , no 4star at all

    So the place has potential to be great resort. ,beautiful beach , perfect for snorkelling. Pools are good size to have splash , But service is terrible, For 4 star resort is a joke I never in my life had to bring my cups back to bar to have drink They seem to lacking service skills, Rude behaviour from staff ,waiting times everywhere, we waited 1h in sunclub restaurant to get lunch , we could see our food just on the counter waiting getting cold for 20mins , because waiters had chats on the side , There is no organisation, management need to think of more Staff were making us feel uncomfortable multiple times just because we dare to ask for something, There were few exceptions, few of them were trying best . No recommend at all
