    Amazing service

    I had an amazing experience at sunscape, what especially stood out was Felipe the bartender in the lobby he gave me and my family 10/10 service and he made sure we were having a great time. The food was good and rooms were okay I would return for the service.

    Nice place, however do not pay for a swim-out room :(

    The Sunscape Coco is a nice place, the service is ok. However, there was construction right outside near our room all week long from 8:00am til 9:00pm preventing us from enjoying our swim-out room :( It was very noisy and there was a strong fuel smell from the machinery. Very very disapointing. We spent most of our time at the beach. A special thank you to Elvin the beach staff employee who took great care of us all week !!

    I love this hotel very organized they take care of us very well if you have a problem or a question they are quick to find the best solution for you! Sharkys bar Pool bar server name Nicolas very amazing person 10/10

    Most staff are not helpful and not in a hurry do do anything beach is like a market for venders

    Hotel grounds were very clean and tidy. Rooms were very basic unfortunately majority of the staff were either rude or did not want to do anything for you. Getting a drink in the buffet area was near impossible service absolutely shocking. Food in the buffet area very basic and repetitive and was never hot mostly all the food was warm or cold trying to book into the al e carte was impossible unless you pay extra money. I don’t like sitting or swimming in the pool so we sat on the beach most days and I was shocked that so many venders were allowed to come onto the beach and pester you to buy trips’ massages’ beach ware buckets spades cheap jewellery cigars even got asked if I want drugs plus 3 guys walking round with parrots asking 20 dollars to take your own photo with a parrot on your shoulder one day I counted 23 venders on the small area in front of the hotel constantly coming up to you asking if you want to buy from them. We spent 14 days there but was ready to come home after 7/8 days. I’ve been to the Caribbean 8 times and this was the worst place. We Will not return to this hotel
