We came here for our wedding anniversary we haven’t stayed since the renovation we only came back because the Outrigger Waikiki Beach is under renovations we are glad we did come back we might not be going back to the outrigger after our perfect stay here we,stayed in the Malia suite room was very nice view was absolutely magnificent the pool was awesome we had forgotten how great this place really is hopefully we will back next year

It took almost an hour to check in. If the resort is expecting a large number of check-ins they should prepare with enough staff rather than have people wait on line for an extended period of time. The adult pool area is horrible. The pool is beautiful but that is about it. The lounges are lined up like soldiers with not an inch in-between them. There are only 5 umbrellas for shade that you don't have to pay extra for. People "save" lounges and are not there for hours and nothing is done about it, leaving hotel guests who are there nowhere to sit. The towels are disgraceful, falling apart with threads hanging out of them.

Our favorite place to stay on the island
My family and I had a great vacation at this hotel! Very comfortable stay, highly recommend!
