Jun 15, 2025Amazing Time at the Sheraton Coconut Beach
We had such an amazing time at the Sheraton Kauai Coconut Beach Resort!! The employees were so helpful with all of our questions and needs! We especially want to thank Lissa at the Front Desk, Charlie Matsuda who cooked our breakfast, and our housekeeper Maimai. They went above and beyond and made our stay so memorable!! Our room was beautiful with a bit of ocean view and the beds so comfortable. We went for a walk each morning on the trail along the ocean. We loved the shave ice they made by the pool every day and the games they organized. Lydgate Beach Park is nearby and great for swimming as is protected by a rock wall and is calm and tranquil for older people or young kids. The hotel is close to the town of Kapaa which has great restaurants, stores, and shopping. We felt like Ohana (family) at the Sheraton and will be back again!! Aloha, Shelley

Great manager and loved this place!!
We are Westin owners and used points to stay here at the beginning and end of a month long trip.The Manager David Weaver went out of his way to make sure we had a upgraded room for both stays and was so gracious and nice..I really appreciated his extra care..A+ service!! Loved this place..great bar and pool/dining..pool tables and shuffleboard! Nice walking path too!

Had a great time. Kyle was so helpful. He recommended a few things that turned out to be wonderful memories Kyle the bartender was a wealth of information for us. The beach was beautiful but not for swimming. Lots of rocks. We just went to other beaches Fun was had by all

Great birthday trip! Would visit again!
Had a great time with great views from our room! Kyle, our favorite bartender was the best and offered great advice on sites and food! Be sure to look him up - works in the evenings! Location in Kapa'a was perfect to go North or South. Na Pali coast was gorgeous!
