Our stay at Secrets was nothing short of perfect! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of options that catered to every taste. The resort itself is stunning, with well-maintained facilities, beautiful views, and cozy yet luxurious rooms. Amazing!
Wonderful stay! Carlos Miranda was an amazing butler! Took amazing care of us! Jose Beccera was also super helpful! Couldn’t have done this vacation without them! Food was absolutely wonderful! Highly recommend this resort to everyone!

Nice Getaway
Secrets is an excellent choice. It was very relaxing for my husband and I The resort is in an absolutely beautiful location. Right next to the water, but not in the main area with the rest of the hotels. You feel a sense of seclusion, but you’re very much a part of the city. The service was absolutely magnificent. Carlos, one of the butlers at the resort, took such great care of my husband and I that it made us want to continue to only patronize this resort when we visit Puerto Vallarta. Dreams resort is next door, but they are not allowed on the Secrets side which keeps the ambiance of adults only. We are glad we took a chance on this adults only result. We will be back again.

Great location and pool area
15 mins from the airport. Great loacation to Downtown. Uber or taxi. Great room, bed, view. Clean, modern. Most of the staff were amazing! Edgar, Ceaser, Omar, Hugo, Alfonso, Jimmy and Daniel! Food and drinks were great! Pool area very nice.

I was there for a wedding. I liked the full mini fridge and the ambiance in the bathroom. We attended two water aerobics sessions and had a blast. It felt that the resort does many things to ensure it's a good time. If you can stay on the lowest level and have your own private pool you won't regret it. Honestly, if you ask for Humberto at the buffet you'll be so grateful that you may remember me in your will (wink wink).
