    Disappointed

    Stained sheets that they even made excuses for saying there was a leak in the roof. I slept 2 nights on these sheets with 10" stain. I dont check for stains. It was by my feet. Stain was only on bottom sheet. Not blankets or top sheets.

    It was ok

    Customer service was decent and the resort is beautiful but the food options were lacking flavor and variety. The breakfast and lunch buffets were especially repetitive. It was very difficult to get a chair at the pool area. Often there weren’t any available. Also there were no drinks menus at the pool or beach bar. That would’ve been helpful

    **Great Time at Secrets St. Lucia Celebrating My Wife's 50th!** We just got back from Secrets St. Lucia, where we celebrated my wife's 50th birthday with 32 family members and friends. We had a great time, and I wanted to give a special shout-out to some of the staff who really made our trip enjoyable. We also celebrated our 28th wedding anniversary while there. I surprised my wife with a new ring, and we had a small vow renewal with our family and friends. It was definitely a trip we'll remember for a long time. I especially want to thank Chever at the pool, Lian from Guest Management, Abdel and Evelyn at Oceana, Nadine at Piers Morgan, and Saraline and Alicisia at Market Café. All of them were great to us during our stay. They were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome. When you're traveling with a group as large as ours, you really appreciate people who take the time to make sure everyone is having a good experience. I hope management sees this review because these employees deserve recognition for the work they do. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Secrets St. Lucia. The resort was beautiful, we made some great memories, and the staff members I mentioned were a big part of that. Thanks again to everyone who helped make my wife's birthday celebration so special!
