Exceeded expectations. The hotel was fantastic, staff were extremely polite and helpful. And the food was absolutely incredible. We especially enjoyed the food at Himitsu, Bordeaux, and Portofino. Highly recommend and will be returning.

The beach is amazing. The staff is friendly and attentive. The bars were well stocked with minimal wait to be served. Secrets access to Dreams reasturants was a nice variety. Only negative is that the planned upcoming renovations are definitely needed.

Great entertainment!
We were here for a wedding, which was beautiful! Then we stayed 6 more days and the entertainment team was great! Jesus, Enrique, and Brian were a blast. We played volleyball, card games, football throwing competition, made bracelets, and had great conversations. They really made the experience more personal. Himitsu was our favorite restaurant, but it was also fun going over to Dreams and trying those restaurants too.

Very interactive and fun
Best experience! Very personable and informative! Be ready to learn from the best! When on a resort classes can be lame but this one was NOT! Cannot recommend enough. Hope you are able to enjoy this as much as our group did! The pool, the service and entire experience top 1st class

Entertainment Team really does entertain!
Juan, Carlos, and Ulises of the entertainment team were very welcoming! While they helped us make bracelets we talked about Checo Perez, and the similarities our country has with Mexico. Overall a great experience! I highly recommend joining their activities!
