Our 4th visit to SPM and first after the renovation. All was typical Secrets; great staff, clean resort and good food. New Preferred lounge is great, including Felipe the bartender. Ki Ki Che restaurant is certainly an interesting experience. Disappointed that Hyatt got rid of the incense and paper/pen. Was also asked what type of liquor I wanted in our room, but never arrived. Dulce the hostess seemed to be everywhere and Roosevelt in the Preferred lounge was a big help, as was Karla.

Adults only
This place was gorgeous, clean, and just so relaxing. The rooms were updated and the ac actually worked. The beach was beautiful and I could see Isla Mujeres in the distance.

Wonderful staff at Secrets Playa Mujeres 👏🏼👏🏼🥰
We always had an excellent experience at all the Secrets Resorts that we have been. I wanted to share our wonderful experience here at Secrets Playa Mujeres I’ll start with Jaime Lagunas pool and beach concierge he’s in amazing and professional person, there’s 2 ladies both name Maria they are waitresses at the beach also wonderful ladies 😍😍 overall we had an excellent time

Amazing girls trip!
Just hosted a girls trip as a travel advisor to this resort and WOW! I could write a couple of pages on our experience but it was amazing! The food, staff, facilities were all excellent! Can't wait to go back!

Amazing Secrets Resort!
My experience at the Secrets Playa Mujeres was amazing. The food was delicious, I didn't have one bad meal there. The staff was very friendly, Alvin helps us in the pool area, we went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, Katia was the pool server and she was great and very attentive and well as Karina, Tomas the restaurant server was so pleasant and attentive and made us feel very welcome, we even saw him a few days later at a Mexican Fiesta at the pool and he came over and said hello and asked how we were doing. It's people like these that make your stay extra special. Our room was nice and clean, and the room service was great. They have various pools, and the premier area pools were really great, but it was first come first serve to get a cabana, so we were only able to experience that once during our stay. Overall this resort was amazing and I would for sure visit again in the future. I only have one complaint, I went there for my birthday and the resort emailed me twice to ask if I was going for any occasion, so I expected some kind of special surprise in my room but I didn't get anything, so that was kind of disappointing, I was offered at check-in a bottle of wine or tequilla but it never arrived.
