Wife and I had an awesome time at this resort! Service and amenities were awesome and our butlers Eddie and Frank did a great job in everything that we needed. Highly highly recommend this location If you’re undecided. This was our first secrets resort and well definitely be back!!

A memorable experience!
The resort was extraordinary! It definitely did not disapoint! My wife and I went with two other couples and our entire group was blown away! Eddy and Frank were our butlers and both were amazing! They were very friendly and always quick to respond. They made sure we were taken care of and were super helpful! Daniel was our favorite butler at the preferred pool. He was very personable and we thoroughly enjoyed meeting and talking with him. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and always had everything we needed! Marilu was our housekeeper and our room was always clean and tidy and we loved coming back to our turndown service!

Our new favorite
Where to begin? The pools are heated!!! The resort is well laid-out, making it easy to get where you want to go in just a few short minutes. The food is some of the best of the AIs we've been to. As good as Secrets Moxche. Our favorites, Portofino, Oceana and Bordeaux. We are Hyatt Globalists so we were upgraded to a Preferred room. Didn't really need the butlers that were assigned to us, as we're pretty independent and were able to make requests on our own. We never sat at the Preferred pool, as we would have needed to get up at the crack of dawn to get a seat at the pool. Instead we rented a cabana (only$70/day) at the Social Pool. So glad we did! The service by Carlos & Joel couldn't be beat. They kept checking on us to see if we needed anything, gave us cold towels and cleaned our sunglasses. Carlos would send a "WhatsApp" every morning to let us know our cabana was set up and ready for us. Can't forget Guadalupe our server at Social Pool. She was so attentive and made sure we we well taken care of. The beach is beautiful! It was nice to hang out at Rendezvous bar after dinner. Something we haven't found at other AIs. We were there for 5 nights and only used carry-on. We've book for a return trip next May. Can't wait!

Awesome will return
Awesome resort beautiful and the staff is there for anything you need whenever you need it. Room was beautiful and spotless Resort has great beach, food is fabulous staff are awesome So many pools you can go to a different pool every day Pool staff comes by every 20 min for anything you need

Destination Wedding Site Visit
We traveled to SPBCM for our on site wedding visit as we will be back in 2025 for our wedding. We were blown away and absolutely fell in love with this resort. I was very skeptical at first based on the mixed reviews, but it is truly a remarkable resort. The service is amazing, the grounds are even prettier in person, and overall truly the best place!
