We celebrated our 10 year Wedding Anniversary at Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres and we couldn’t have chosen a better experience. From the moment we arrived and were greeted with champagne and a beautiful view until the moment we left with a special homemade gift, our time on the resort will be one we never forget. Each of the restaurants were delicious with their own unique decor and vibe. Each and every server, staff and employee had INCREDIBLE service. Each pool we visited also encompassed its own unique setting. We selected the Preferred Package that included service from our two wonderful Butlers, Miriam and Miguel! They were the most attentive and accommodating as one could be. They were extremely helpful and set up a special surprise for us! I can’t express how much their service enhanced our experience. Even without that option, the resort is top notch. Plenty of day and nighttime activities and truly something to offer a variety of tastes and preferences! What I love the most was the high class service and friendliness that we received from each and every person we encountered down to the groundskeepers. It’s definitely one of the best and highly deserves that title! I can’t wait for us to experience it again and for our friends and family to as well. Until next time!! ♥️♥️

One of the best resorts!
Loved our experience here for our wedding anniversary. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. Hopefully you have Duran or Chris as your butlers. They’re amazing and very knowledgeable!! Karen and Eduardo always kept our drinks full at the pool!! Jamie always made sure we had a good spot at the pool. These are just a few of the names I was able to get. But everyone else there was so nice!! Resort 10/10. Would recommend to anyone!! You won’t regret coming to this resort.

Excellent Resort
Excellent resort in the "new" developing area north of Cancun about 45 minute drive from the airport. Great facility with good quality food and drinks. Multiple pools with each having their own ambiance and vibe. Nice long continuous beach for taking walks. Great restaurant choices and outstanding spa. Arrive at least 1 hour early to enjoy the hydrotherapy before your massage. The entire staff is amazing and friendly. Been there twice now in 2026 and will be going back in 2027 with our adult girls. Love the butler service for Preferred Club rooms. Our butlers Duran and Chris did an amazing job meeting any requests that we had. They were super friendly and genuine.

Beautiful and great service.
This place was so beautiful and we received the best service. If you’re thinking about going just do it. I would say get preferred because the pool is beautiful and the preferred bar area is so nice. This place will be hard to top!! We will return. Food was fantastic at the market cafe for breakfast and we love the barefoot grill for pizza & wings!! Our conceiers were Eddy & Heber in building 3 and they were excellent by always keeping us up to date with daily and nightly entertainment. They would make sure we had everything we wanted.

Phenomenal experience! Excellent staff and really felt at home here. The atmosphere was so relaxing and the food was some of the best we’ve had at Secrets. Weather was perfect, even with some rain we had quick options to cover and still be entertained. Every detail here was thought out and perfect!
