We would especially like to thank our butlers Eddy & Rafael, who truly went above and beyond during our stay. They helped with all of our reservations, kept us informed daily about resort activities and events, and surprised us with thoughtful touches that made our vacation feel extra special. Their attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine kindness made us feel completely taken care of from start to finish 💙🌴 The food was amazing, with incredible variety and quality at every restaurant!! Overall we loved our experience 🌴✨

Amazing place!
Amazing resort! Everything is exceptionally clean, new, and absolutely beautiful. The staff is attentive and welcoming, with a special shoutout to Daniel. He checked in with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed and was a lot of fun—he truly made our stay even better. 10/10 would recommend this resort. We will definitely be back!

Secrets Vacation
Fabulous vacation. The accommodations, the beach, the preferred pool, services and restaurants were five star. Our butlers Demi and Duran were fantastic. They anticipated our needs and were helpful to provide a daily update for all the activities planned for each day. Special mentions: Victor, Celeste, Javier preferred pool; Christian & Ricardo/Bordeaux: Altair & Monserrat/Seaside grill and all the bartenders at the Rendezvous bar and the preferred pool bar.

Great Experience and Fantastic Staff
We had a great stay at Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres. The resort is beautiful, we loved our room, and everyone working there was so friendly and welcoming. Duran and Demi were our butlers, and they were amazing. They helped with reservations and shared the daily schedule with us each morning, which we really appreciated and made planning our days so easy. We also want to give a shoutout to the pool bar staff, especially Yajaira. She was super sweet, always checking on us, bringing drinks, and helping with food orders when we needed. She really made our pool time even better. We also spent some time at the spa and loved it. The spa building and amenities were gorgeous and very relaxing, and the hot stone massage was great and definitely a highlight of our trip. Overall, we had an amazing experience!

Why are you waiting to book this resort?
If I had to say anything about this resort, it is "why haven't you made your reservation yet"? This is the first resort we've been to in a while where we honestly can say we will be back. We enjoyed every moment and the only negative thing I can say is that I wish they had more indoor spaces to chill or hang out. A lot of new resorts are doing a lot of open air spaces but that isn't helpful during the hottest months of the year. Our Butler at that time was Duran-HE was great! I hope he's still there. We just completed a stay (Jan 2026) at Impression Moxche. Although the food at Impression was better...that's where it ends. Give me Secrets Playa Blanca any day.
