Excellent service - buffet, spa and gym all 5 star and staff really friendly. Great pools and good restaurants locally.

Treated like VIPs
WOW - Treated like VIPs. My favourite hotel in Lanzarote. Great welcome at check-in, always polite and professional. Glass of fizz and a cloth to freshen up. Airam, showed us to our room. He is a gentleman, so lovely. We were in a preferred room (although not preferred guest) on the ground floor. Lovely sized room, comfy bed and very nice toiletries in larger than normal (hotel) size bottles. I love cats and was happy to be visited by a very friendly tortoise shell cat, who stayed around all the time we were there. We went All Inclusive. We were able to take advantage after we checked out too - this was a real plus!! Great ambiance in the restaurant.The steak was tender and as you cook it yourself at the table, it was cooked exactly as I like it - pink in the middle! Premium drinks included. I wish I could afford to stay longer and more often as we love this hotel and they really do make you feel special.

This is a nice modern hotel. We went preferred all inclusive. Smooth check in but we arrived after 3 so room was ready. Room lovely big bed and nice bathroom. Food was good , much better than we were expecting. The steak restaurant was very disappointing and we personally did not like the DIY bbq on top of table. All other restaurants were good. Service is excellent. Drinks good all branded, cocktails were not the best. Easy walk to Marina that was small but lovely. Cons Sports bar that didn’t open?? Not enough hangers in room (usual issue in hotels). I asked for more and got them. Cleaning of room generally good but toiletries were not always replenished. Sun loungers were old and tatty and not comfy. CATS all over hotel and in restaurants. Would I return YES and I would recommend

5 star secret
Fantastic hotel with amazing staff. Nothing was to much trouble. The hotel had great facilities and restaurants. Rooms were clean and serviced every day.

Dec 02, 2025Nice but disappointing for a 5 star hotel
Close to Puerto Calero. Easily walking distance along shore path. Disappointing that some areas were only accessible for an additional fee of €60 each per day. This was a surprise on arrival. Staff are very good and helpful. Food was generally very good. Pool areas are good, but at busier times I worry that it could be crowded unless you pay the additional fees to access ‘special areas’ Tap water is not drinkable, yet all drinking water in the room and at meals was chargeable. Room was very comfortable and clean. Housekeeping service was excellent Broadband works quite well, but could seem to be a little slow. Overall it was very nice, albeit somewhat disappointing for a 5 star hotel.
