Dec 11, 2025Perfect Christmas wind down for couples
The hotel was beautiful and very clean with high standards. Myself and my partner did not choose the all inclusive option but it may be worthwhile considering this as the hotel location is very secluded and there is little around the area to do. With this said, you can walk into Puerto Calero harbour which has a few restaurants to visit and a couple of shops. We also went into Puerto del Carmen which was around 20 mins away in a taxi. Perfect for chilling and having some time out!

Fabulous hotel. Great location. Amazing staff. Beautiful grounds. We did opt into the classes from Yoga and Pilates to cocktail making, and Spa experience. These were excellent, well ran, and fun. The food is amazing and impeccable service from all the restaurants

Very comfortable and great service
We had a short break at Secrets to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We opted for Preferred Cub and were not disappointed, great service and having the Preferred pool, Lounge bar and Oceanic restaurant for lunch was very nice. We felt like we were being welcomed to the resort rather than just checking in, lucky for us our room was ready on arrival, and it was clean and spacious with the mini bar stocked daily. Housekeeping was also very good. The personal greetings in both the Portofino and Bluewater Grill was a nice touch and the service in both was excellent. No issues getting a sunbed where we wanted, probably more due to the time of year, but there were plenty of sunbeds around the resort so I wouldn’t see it being an issue. Comfortable sunbeds that were easy to move to follow the sun throughout the day. We will certainly be returning to Secrets for a longer stay hopefully sooner than later.

Good relaxing place to be all inclusive is a must
Just fantastic , food , drink, spa, entertainment and pools . Nice local walks and water taxi a few minutes away . We paid for the spa stay each, it was lovely. A massage would of been nice book early as you arrive then €2 extra on top of massage price €120 and the spa stay is included.

Relaxing in pleasant surroundings with great staff
This was just the best relaxing holiday. Hotel was beautiful and stress free. The staff were plentiful, well trained, smart and courteous. Planning a revisit next year
