Had dinner at Cin Cin and a huge shout out to Erik!!! He was amazing and made our night and experience fun and memorable. Food was excellent as well!

Overall, not good. I'll try to keep this short, but that won't be easy. We were here 6 years ago and it was great. Since then the Hyatt Chain has purchased it. Food was subpar and swimming in sauces. Always just warm to cool, never hot. I required a steak knife to cut into a chicken breast. Drinks were watered down, especially at the pool. Then there is the pressure to join the 'club'. Membership in the Unlimited Vacation Club. Ah yes, like a time share but not a time share. Our first point of contact was Bernardo, well spoken, he has to be to set the hook. But he is full of it. Many untruths and outright BS. He promised us certain things, which we have in writing, but never delivered. 90 minutes he said, but that stretched into 2.5 hours. We got his supervisor involved, I do not recall her name, but she was cut from the same cloth, full of it and herself. Very disappointing. So happy we didn't join the 'club'. No plans to return. The rest of the staff we encountered were quite pleasant and helpful. No issues there at all. Not worth the $ anymore. We do plan to return to Huatulco, but plan to stay elsewhere. Save your time and money and do the same.

Excellent location,services, atmosphere. I want to praise the castaway team - Ivonne, Stephanie,Heidi, Gabriela, Ruben and all others for their services. I was also very pleased with the tennis team - Alexandra, Victoria, Daniel and Arturo who were excellent tennis coaches.

A great and consistent experience
Secrets provides an exceptional resort experience. They have a variety of decent restaurants, plenty of activities, a great pool configuration and we really enjoyed the live music. But what really makes Secrets stand out is their staff. We’ve been coming since 2016 and every year the employees are friendly, patient, and helpful. They are sincerely concerned about their guests. Special thanks go to: Celeste (Castaways) and Vanessa, Hanny and Angel (Tamarindo) and the exceptional hostess at the Market Café.

Secrets hutaluco
I absolutely love this resort! Have been coming here now for over 10 years and the staff are so warm and welcoming!!! Roberto is always the first to greet me when I arrive and I always make sure. To visit coco cafe and see Matilda! She make a the best coffees. Try an affogato you will not be disappointed.
