    Specializing in pan-Asian fusion cuisine with a set menu at the Teppanyaki and à la carte specialties served at the table. Delicious desserts also showcase Asian ingredients such as green tea. Feel free to finish your dinner with an exquisite rice (sake) or plum (umeshu) liqueur.


    Ólio | Dinner 7pm – 10pm (winter) / 7:30pm – 10:30pm (summer)
    Ólio is a culinary treasure. Located in the upper part of the hotel and exquisitely decorated in a classic style with Renaissance influences, it serves a surprising choice of contemporary cuisine inspired by Mediterranean tradition.
