My wife and I went for our anniversary and this place exceeded our expectations. All staff members are polite and friendly especially the entertainment team. Oscar was great and we became friends during our stay. Eliazar, who managed the Market Cafe, was so friendly and their breakfast buffet was fantastic. Even our concierge, Karime, was very attentive and updated us on the daily events and activities. The food was incredible including the lunch buffets they had poolside each day. We wanted to have our anniversary dinner on the beach but it was all booked up. However, Sergio was able to make a reservation for us and it was a great experience. Highly recommend 5 stars

All is excelente but not the wine
The resort is amazing.. everything is new and clean.. The food is excelente.. only the wine included in the all inclusive fórmula is not really good. The staff is so friendly and Liz is really full of energy..I love her lessons.. At léase and not last the see is amaz ing and with out sargazo Thanks you secret

Amazing resort
Amazing place and the turtles and snorkeling well worth it! Also a Bali bed was well worth it! Best place for our 20 yr Anniversary!

We have been to this resort three times in two years & they just keep getting better & better! We were a group of 12 this month & every person in our group was blown away by the staff & service! Shout out to all of these amazing employees!!!! Flora Cach - our suite was spotless every day! Angel, Gabriella & the rest of the staff at the Preferred club desk - amazing! Carlos, Alejandra working in the preferred club. Pool Concierges - Antonio, Rubin, Osuna, Jose - we cannot say enough about how amazing this group is! They take the stay to the next level! Pool wait staff - Sharon & Jesus checking on us even when they were not working in the area we were in. Nilo making sure all 12 people in our group were taken care of! Building 2 Concierge Metz - went above & beyond every day! And Ricardo from building 5 remembering us from July & making sure we had everything we needed. Market Cafe - Otoniel aka Mr Handsome & Santiago every morning at breakfast, taking amazing care of our group & keeping us laughing all week! Also, Edmundo at breakfast our first morning was awesome. Bordeaux - Rafael & Wilber on two different nights were great & took care of our large group Himitsu - Ayram was great & very informative Entertainment staff - MAXIMILIAN!!! He had us all laughing all week long! Such a huge asset to the team! Ixchel stopping every day to say hello & update us with what was happening all day. Lis rocking the pool casino. Alan & Isabelle checking in with us daily too! Tuna demo - Octavio was very fun & informative! Sushi chef David was great!
