Great service and staff. Couldn't do enough for you. Resort was pretty and clean. Entertainment was good and often in 2 locations each night. Outdoor BBQ for lunch and daily pizza oven and rolling fruit and ice cream cart. There are 3 large pools. The one near the ocean was the loudest and then got quieter as you moved further. The food was good and you sometimes will need a reservation. Hibachi was very good. It is not necessary to have a swim out pool. The pools were cool and not heated. Despite the many signs your will get lost. We stayed entirely on the property and relaxed in our lounge chairs. Antonio and Sharon were great and so was our Concierge Jose. If you want something just ask and they will take care of it. The beach was crowded with lounge chairs on top of each other, it also had a slight odor. The gluten free breads and muffins were not as soft as they could be. The fruit was like candy. There are vendors on the beach. There are also staff (not aggressive) looking to sign you up for a massage/timeshare talk. Paddle boarding and kayaking is done by hotel group tour only. I recommend taking part in the pool side activities to enjoy your stay. They have Tequila tasting for a slight up charge, Teaching and sampling on carving a Tuna. Spanish lessons. Water exercise and aerobics.

While I could go into detail listing everything we loved about this resort, it would likely require me to write a book. As such, I refer to all the other 5 star reviews. This place was truly magical and our experience was next level when it comes to all inclusives.

Our favorite Mexican all-inclusive resort
This resort is spectacular and elegant in some ways, and very homey in others. The grounds are wonderful, staff nice and engaging, restaurants and food is the best all-inclusive experience we have had, pools and facilities are maintained, and the location in Akumal is perfect. We come back to this one resort twice per year because it offers us consistency is quality, comfort, and relaxation.

Unbelievable experience!
This resort was the most accommodating resort I have ever stayed at. The service was incredible. We felt pampered, attended to and spoiled! The food was incredible! We will definitely be back!
