    Short but sweet

    I appreciate the amazing service the staff at Stellaris provided during our stay. We celebrated my sister's 40th birthday and they made our time very memorable. Extra thanks for the upgraded rooms (and treats) and to the front desk staff Keisha the young man (I'm sorry I can't remember your name) , and Willmarie our server at breakfast . We will be back soon for a longer stay . 😁 Thank you 😊

    Stayed for 6 nights with two children

    Great view and our Stephanie B was excellent with housekeeping and keeping our room immaculate. The front desk ladies were excellent too and unfortunately forgot to get their names. One lady was so lovely to our 4 year old son, she went to get bandaids for him, got him blank papers, colouring books. Amazing. Also great credit to the security team, the lady who found our sons blue croc when housekeeping had mistakenly taken it with the bedsheet change. One line individual was not helpful at the front desk and it's only after we requested compensation that something was gone by the security team. Overall however everyone was lovely💛. From the pool guys to the cafe staff they made our stay amazing.

    Not a good Marriott Experience

    I am currently staying at the Marriott Stellantis hotel in Condado beach, Puerto Rico. I am disappointed in the level of service and the quality of the rooms. We do not have basic amenities such as fully stocked bathroom toiletries… the room does not even provide a basic dressing mirror (just the bathroom mirror) There is no complimentary coffee or even water in the lobby. The bar staff is slow and inattentive, often taking my order then disappearing. We have been here 2 days and not ONCE has management asked “how is your stay with us?”. I have had better service and hospitality at a Best Western or Holiday Inn. Marriott should DO BETTER.

    Amazing staff but poor choice of bar stools

    Amazing staff but the bar stools at the pool bar are waaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy too short. I feel like a kid. And not in a good way.

    Not kid friendly

    The hotel views are beautiful, but all the pot smokers kill the vibe. The food is stupidly expensive. Would not recommend for families.
