    Terrible hotel and terrible staff

    This was easily the worst “5-star” hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Raccoons run through the corridors because staff leave dirty plates everywhere, then pile them up in a staff stairwell that guests can access. It’s filthy. My wallet was stolen, and the staff lied about reviewing the CCTV for 12 days straight. On the last day, security slipped up and admitted they hadn’t even watched it. We were promised follow-up when we got home — nothing ever happened. The pool bar is a scam. They pour cheap alcohol into branded bottles. We tested drinks from both bars at the same time to compare and the pool bar version was disgusting. Sports bar stinks. Food is cold every day, staff are rude, and the rooms are dirty. We asked for a kettle on day 1. After a week of asking up to twice a day, someone eventually brought… four packets of ketchup instead of a kettle. That says everything. This place is not 5-star. It’s barely 2-star pretending to be luxury. Avoid.

    Great family resort!

    This is a great resort for families of all ages! The grounds are lovely and rooms are clean with all you would need. The pools and waterparks are great for everyone. Beach was quiet and always somewhere to sit. Food was good, not great, only thing stopping it getting a 5 star. Our butler’s, Silvana and Cristian, were excellent and there to help us with anything we needed! Couldn’t have asked for better service from them! Overall a great resort!

    Not so good!!!

    So we went down to Mexico as a group of 13. 9 of us got really sick and were out of 24hrs. The resort was really nice but they clean the cups at the swim up bar with tap water which is why we think we got sick. We got the diamond package (which was wonderful, best service ever) our butlers Silvana and Cristian were amazing!! They really helped make a crappy vacation better. The food was ok. Buffet was better than the a la cartes. Waterpark and lazy rivers were great. The pizza place was really good and the kids loved the ice cream shop. I rate this hotel a 6 out of 10 for the awesome Butlers we had and the amenities the hotel had.

    Perfect stay & amazing hotel

    Beautiful hotel with very attentive staff. Enrique and Ivan have been incredible throughout our stay & nothing is ever too much, two of the nicest men we have ever had the privilege of meeting. We will definitely return 💕

    Dishonest Staff/Theft

    This property is not safe and very shady! The staff stole wedding ring off the night stand. Was only gone 20 minutes, came back and gone. Filed report and hotel management threatened to call the police on us because we were upset! They did not compensate or take care of us in any way after loosing a priceless ring. Later a staff member told us this is common for this property and the ring was at the local pawn shop. It's known for theft, advise not to go!
