The hotel’s public areas have been beautifully updated. The food is excellent—Zen in particular is outstanding—and the staff are fantastic. The spa is on the expensive side, but absolutely worth it. Special thanks to Innes and Jesica for an amazing couples massage. Our swim-up room was lovely; the pool is warm on sunny days, though it can be a little cool after rain or heavy cloud. We booked through TUI in the UK, and our rep Ciaran has been exceptional. In the past we rarely saw our rep, but this time both TUI and Royalton have massively upped their game. We can’t recommend TUI or Royalton highly enough. Great job all round!

Tips at the dips
Had a wonderful experience at pool side bar dips. Jacinto and Ezekiel were super attentive. Definitely made our experience the best. Leave the tips at the dips smile.

Yeseinia and George from the vibe team were amazing. They were from the hidea2ay pool and made the whole stay amazing. This was a trip of the life time and made so many new friends
