Jorge was absolutely the best member of the Vibe Team, and he made our experience unforgettable. His energy, personality, and enthusiasm brought so much fun to every activity, especially bingo. We had an amazing time thanks to the way he kept everyone engaged and laughing. The atmosphere he created was lively, welcoming, and full of great vibes from start to finish. It’s clear he truly loves what he does, and it made our vacation even better. The Diamond Club experience was also incredible and definitely worth it. Overall, we had an amazing time and can’t wait to come Back

Such a great experience here! We enjoyed ourselves so much and the staff made the trip even more special! Edson from the entertainment team was amazing, he kept our nights enjoyable and full of entertainment!

The Kids Club and Vibe Team were awesome! They had activities and games for kids throughout the day. They made sure the kids were entertained all the time.

Dec 11, 2025RED FLAG!! Travellers BEWARE
RED FLAG TRAVELS BEWARE!!! Do NOT travel here!!! We had our PASSPORTS and ALL our MONEY STOLEN ($725 CAD) from the safe in the room. When we reported this issue to guest services we were informed our passports had been located in the safe of the room we were moved from. This is impossible! We first handily moved all our important documentation and money from one room to another, tipping the bellman then locking our things into the safe. When our passports were return the bag they were in was clearly ransacked, all items moved into different locations within the bag. They additionally took money from our wallet but left this behind in the safe. This was done 36hrs before our departure. The security staff refused to give us a copy of the report and any information about the investigation before our departer, claiming they require 48 hours. Regardless of the pressure from Sunwing and our travel agency they continued to refuse to give us any information about their investigation even after being informed we required this for insurance purposes. We expressed concerns of identity theft and the hotel refused to help us file any report with police and said they only deal with issues internally. The resort showed NO empathy and compassion, there was no follow up. Not even an attempt at compensation of any kind. Even after the 48hours there was been no report provided to myself or our travel agency. The reason was switched rooms was due to terrible odor. We had paid for a room facing the pool and were switch to an "upgraded" jungle view room being convinced it would be a better experience and if we didn't like it we could have our room back. It took 4 days to get our room back after requesting the switch. If you have already booked and cannot cancel, ensure you ask where your room is located and make sure you are not on the jungle side unless you do not plan to sit outside on your terrace.
