Advisory Guests staying in the Connecting Luxury Room or Diamond Club Luxury Connecting Room categories must have at least 2 Adults (18 and over) in the room or run the risk of denial by the hotel.
Advisory The Hotel wants to notify that all the guests arriving as of January 1st 2023, the complimentary access to hydrotherapy circuits will be limited over the age of 18 which will be one session per person per stay.
Advisory April 2024, The hotel will start a property enhancement project to upgrade different parts of the resort. The project is organized in phases to avoid disturbing guests, focusing on areas like the main building, Diamond Club lounge, theater, Convention Center, and Wedding Gazebo. These upgrades will happen from April 8th to July 22nd. Starting April 8th, bars and seven restaurants will undergo a complete overhaul to enhance the culinary experience.
Advisory Due to unforeseen weather conditions, our beachfront enhancement plans have been adjusted. Works will now commence on August 12, 2024, and last approx. 45 days with minimize impact on your stay, all services will remain available. To reduce inconvenience, we will implement measures such as noise reduction and scheduling works during quieter periods. The end result will significantly enhance the natural beauty and enjoyment of our beachfront.
