Shenard definitely wrapped up our stay with a friendly smile. No one at this resort was friendly or smiled. It was difficult to get any assistance. We felt as though the staff was annoyed that they had to speak to us or wait on us. But not Shenard. She was a joy! I would give her a 5 star rating. The rest of the staff a zero.

Worth the visit
Spent 4 days here at this lovely resort. Staff were very friendly. The grounds were so beautiful and the entire resort felt very relaxing. Shout out to our wonderful servers Shenard, Reena and Demetrius, Tameka and Kassia from front desk.

A Beautiful Celebration for Our Mom’s 75th Birthday
Our family recently stayed at the Radisson Beach Resort Grenada to celebrate our mother’s 75th birthday, and we want to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire staff. You made this milestone so special for her and for all of us. The service was kind, patient, and consistent from the moment we arrived. A very special thank-you to the two gentlemen pictured above, your kindness, patience, and warm energy meant so much to us, as well as the lovely Dishanna and Sheena. Your warmth and attention made our stay feel personal and cared for. Our mom could not stop smiling. The rooms were comfortable, the beach was beautiful, and everything felt easy and relaxed. We are grateful for the memories created here and for the kindness shown to our family. Thank you again for helping us give our mom the celebration she deserves. We look forward to returning.
