We had a very pleasant experience at Royalton CHIC Cancun. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and the food across the resort was consistently good. A friend I was travelling with is vegan and was accommodated extremely well, which I appreciated. The nightlife was much quieter than expected, but that actually worked in our favor and made for a great night’s sleep. While the ocean was a bit rough during our stay, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. Overall, no complaints — we would recommend this resort and would consider returning.

Location was great on the strip.. Beach was excellent and well maintained (no seaweed) Rooms were clean and well maintained. Did the diamond service and the service was excellent with our two butlers Daniel and Stefanie being the highlight. Such attention to detail and excellent help. I would recommend the Royalton and I will be visiting again

Great food and beach!
Beautiful accommodations! Food was excellent! Highly recommend Diamond Club butlers Sandra and Iran! Also The beach butlers for Diamond Club participants were wonderful! Service is Top Notch! My only criticism is the late night club music from the roof top until 1:00 am. Recommend requesting a room on a lower level (we were on 15). Also elevator is slow, so being on a lower level means less time spent on the elevator.

It was wonderful
The resort is very relaxing! They keep it clean and tidy. We enjoyed the food and of course the butler service. We definitely recommend upgrading to the diamond club. You get the option of a quiet pool and upgraded liquors.

Amazing first time in Cancun and Mexico!
First time ever visiting Mexico and had the absolute best time at this resort! The hotel was very nice and modern. The room was great and very clean. The drinks were fantastic and the food was also very good! Especially enjoyed the buffet for breakfast. During the day the Oceanside patio was never packed and there was always somewhere to sit and hangout. The beach was large and clean. Never woke up early enough to grab a poolside or beach lounger but setting up a towel in the sand worked perfectly fine. Arturo and Marisol were phenomenal butlers and such a pleasure to talk to and very helpful. All of the staff were amazing and very kind. A special shoutout to Alonso who always seemed to know exactly when the drinks were empty. We will definitely come back to this resort on future trips to Cancun as it did not disappoint.
