Dec 03, 2025Gluten Free Options Disappointing
Went to Zia restaurant for dinner on Dec 3/25 with a group. Advised the waiter I needed a gluten free meal and had gluten free soya sause with me. After 45 minutes where my group was served multiple appetizers of sushi, spring rolls, soup I was offered no food despite the waiter indicating he would provide me a gluten free meal and appetizers. I gave up on the meal service and went off site to acquire a gluten free pasta meal. I was advised that after I left the waiter showed up with a meal of rice garnished with a few vegetables. A very disappointing effort all round. The Royal Solaris needs to take serving dietary needs seriously and have on hand gluten free pasta and bread/pastry options.

I had an amazing week! The food, entertainment and activities were all great! Alexandra, Dani and Tino had us excited to come to the pool everyday and participate in the fun!

One week getaway.
Excellent staff with a special mention of Karina and Alex and Alberto. They went above and beyond. The food was good and excursions excellent! Getting up before dawn to get a chair sucks when many more chairs are sitting out back and not put out. Clean well kept, great service. Thank you for an excellent holiday.Hard working staff!

The resort is beautiful with plenty of things to do. The different events every night are also great. Rooms are great- I would say the beds are a little hard for my taste. Rooms are kept clean the noise level from the hall way is kind of echoing, Service was outstanding Especially love Ramon and Omar. Definitely would stay again but I feel like the food could be better. Their is a wide Variety just not the best tasting. Also loved the spa- it was a great experience.
