We stayed at the Royal Solarias and we’ve had the best time! My kids loved going to the Mini Club everyday! Ivette, Emi, Mariana, and Nicte were great with the kids! They have a pool, a play structure, and an inside playroom that has many games and toys! I definitely recommend this resort for families as it has lots of kids and adults with nightly entertaining shows!

We had to find a hotel close to the airport since our flight was canceled. We paid around 740 for 2 nights. I was expecting more but I guess for the price it’s not too bad. It’s a mixed bag. Looks like they’ve tried to update the rooms but restrooms and balconies are still out dated. The food is edible but not a lot choices. There is not a lot of waiters so it takes forever to get a drink. Not their fault, just understaffed. I am jot a fan of the employees that keep pushing the tome share when you’ve politely declined but that’s their job and they’re right by the main elevator. The pools are nicely kept and the beach is nice I would say those are the biggest plus. We usually stay At FA Condesa and it’s a lot nicer but pricier so the kids club is better over there but here they have their own pool so that’s cool. My son is autistic and he absolutely loved the pizza. That was his highlight, shoutout to Hermelinda making the delicious pizza nonstop. She works so hard.

Isaac was kind, friendly and made the best drinks we’ve had in the resort in a long time.
Isaac is one of the best mixologists Royal has had in a long time. He is attentive and his cocktails are excellent. The resort is lucky to have him. Made our trip one for the books

Staff was amazing
The experience was incredible! The staff, especially Darvin Garcia, was incredibly friendly and made our stay extra special. Although the food wasn’t the best, he ensured that the service was exceptional, going above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time.

Amazing staff
Had a great time! Rooms were exceptionally clean and there was a nice variety of food. Staff were amazing, a standout being Adrian at Cafe Solaris
