We have stayed at this hotel several times, and it has almost become our favorite. This time it was still a nice stay, but we experienced some smaller issue which unfortunately made our stay not as great as usually. At check in we were given room 1712, which was the correct category as we booked. The room had nice view towards Wittenbergplatz. Here are some of the issues we experienced: - two holes in one of the bed sheet - the floor tiles in the bath room was loose - we found the TV-remote in the safe - to little shower gel in the shower the first night - the breakfast was ok, but there were no bread or rolls the first day, only sliced bread for toast The location and the staff is great, so we most likely will stay here next as well.

I made several requests to the reception. All were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The hotel breakfast was excellent with lots of variety.

Great Location - Clean Room
I am already a regular customer, every time I visit Berlin I take the hotel, it is clean, tidy, welcoming and friendly staff, varied breakfast

City Break
Spotlessly clean Comfortable bed great staff very helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent plenty of choice and breakfast staff very good.

Lovely Hotel & Staff
We stayed here for 3 nights in November for city break. Hotel was immaculate, gym was 24 hours which was great. Room was very tidy and freshened up every day whilst we were out. Kettle, water, and tea provided in rooms. Amazing view out over Berlin (slightly restricted atm due to scaffolding however can’t complain at the price we booked the King Suite for). Every staff member from entering to leaving was professional, kind, helpful and friendly. We were on the 16th floor which was very quiet no noise at all during the day or night. Bar and restaurant was lovely and also the staff. Really close by the KaDeWe Mall which is fantastic only about a 3 min walk for fast walkers like me haha. Along with the train line (Wittenbergplatz) which is just before the mall. 1 train journey away from Zoologischer Garten where you’ll find McDonald’s, Primark, Supermarket, Mini Mart, Currywurst etc. I’d highly recommend staying here if you want someone close to Berlin city but not directly in the city. We thoroughly enjoyed it thank you.
