Very efficient hotel with friendly staff. An exceptionally friendly, cheerful ,welcoming lady who was full of praise for the hotel and her job in the bar restaurant was Sathya probst. The hotel is near a metro, restaurants, shops and the Berlin Zoo.

Nice hotel and good location but cold unwelcoming reception staff. Room was clean… We had requested a double room but that was interpreted as a twin. Comfy bed, had to request extra pillows. Good shower and spacious room if a little clinical.

Nice Stay!
I enjoyed my 5 days stay at the Riu Plaza Berlin. Room was clean, Bed was comfortable, and staff was pleasant.

great time at RIU berlin
nice clean hotel. got a free upgrade. time there was awesome. hotel was central in berlin. close to restaurants and all the tourist locations
