Its quite a nice place to be honest. Love the location as its easily accessible by bus, or taxis. The beach is juts around the corner, so you don't need to drag your stuff for kilometres and kilometres. You can find a bunch of shops in the are where you can buy some "emergency goods" should you require some. Mercadone is approximately a 15 min walk from the hotel. The hotel itself is fairly decent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food in the hotel is good too and then especially the breakfast is something you wouldn't wanna miss :) ha ha the hotel does program daily for entertainment which is quite nice. Loved the evening shows! Really nice performances. Shout out to my fella Herman desde Buenos Aires! A very good and gifted musician who's performance was damm good. Well, in fact the best we saw with all respect to the other musicians. He was a step ahead of em...Vamo river! The only complaint I've got is.. Smoking...some guests, well a lot of em don't seem to respect the fact that there's a located area for smokers...which is located by the door...it was quite annoying to see literally smoking everywhere, even in the and by the swimming pool and on the terrace in front of the canteen. Its sheit when you've gotta walk through a cloud of smoke to and out of the canteen and u gotta breathe that stuff when you wanna relax by the pool. Also, I didn't like how some people were purposefully leaving their stuff in the chairs by the pool. We sometimes come to the pool and there's wasn't a lot of people in the water, but 90% of chairs were already taken. Well...taken ... towels, bags, shoes, personal items everywhere...

We had a short break, only 4 days but it felt like a week!! Such a nice hotel, clean, great people, clean, nice food and perfect location., great entertainment during the day. No noice from te party spot Bierköning. For 2 euro by bus to Palma! Taxi was only 10 minutes to the airport. We had a lovely time!!

Great hotel
The hotel was great, the staff helpful and pleasant. The only 2 things I can complain about are about the attention to detail. We got clean towels daily but some of them were a bit old or had small stains but felt and smelled clean. And the second one would be about the food. Breakfast should vary a little from day to day and you should use some fresh produce from time to time. Even though it was edible it felt like it was previously frozen and just put in the microwave. Oh and one more thing your cooks need to learn how to cook veal and pork a little better. Overall a great experience and will recommend 100%. A minus for the hotel (that is not their fault) is that they’re on a street with a very busy terrace and when you want to walk to the beach you have to walk through a lot of drunk germans.

Fabulous hotel.
Rooms clean and comfortable. Excellent staff. Great choice of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner and snacks available all day.

Good place to stay, however it felt like we were situated in magaluf
Overall it was a lovely holiday, the staff were lovely, the room was amazing - we had been given all the requests for the room (high floor, overlooking pool etc). The hotel is in a fairly good location, not far from the beach near plenty of food places, bars, shops (SPAR shops everywhere). Entertainment was fairly good although there was no day or night entertainment on Wednesdays. The only reason for 4 stars: - During breakfast, the tables near the windows seemed to be covered in ants (the indoor tables) - The hotel is placed on a german strip - we did not expect this. It was very rowdy, full of drunks, police and lucky lucky men. - When we booked the hotel the drinks were all inclusive however, when it came to checking in we were made aware that the alcoholic drinks were no longer all inclusive- limited to spanish beer or local cheap wine (3 drinks per person per meal) we didnt use this as we dont drink wine or beer which was a bit rubbish that we werent made aware of this prior as we would have changed our board basis. - Late check out was not available for us even though we had emailed months prior to our visit and we werent leaving until 6pm so we had 6 hours without any room. - Our bags were placed in a store room on check out day which didnt seem very secure - anyone could go in and out at any time - when we came to collect our bags mine must have been near an ants nest as it was absolutely covered.
