This is a great place to enjoy the beach and the personal is very friendly and attentive, this is my second time staying in this hotel and I love it! I will go back!!!

Great stay and service!
Great service and location! Crowded and yet relaxing. Excellent establishment. Abundant and varied food and drinks. Impeccable rooms. Great price/quality ratio. Most thankful to Yajaira, the charming waitress who found my wife's cell-phone.

Great resort!
The Riu hotel is one of the best all-inclusive hotels we have visited so far. Pros: 1) The best and largest buffet we have seen in any other all-inclusive resort. There are many options, even for picky eaters or for vegetarians. 2) The resort is clean, and there are cleaning staff members everywhere. If someone spills a drink by the pool, within minutes someone will be there will a mop to clean up 3) The rooms are nice and spacious. 4) Great coffee shop, with many options 5) Wonderful musicians during dinner time hours at the cafe, which is a convenient meeting point with other families 6) There are adults only pools with bars and pools for volleyball and for kids. This is convenient since kids are not splashing anyone who is just trying to enjoy a drink by the bar. 7) We loved the pool exercise class; the teacher, who is part of the entertainment team, is great. 8) Great pool games, including Bingo, with prizes that encourage many to participate 9) Beautiful, clean beach, with many lounge chairs and palm trees Cons: 1)Many kids (including both of my kids) got injured in the water park (just scrapes and bleeding, nothing too serious) 2)The restaurants do not have many options for entrees. 3)Limited entertainment in the afternoon, after bingo. 4)Shows are good, but not as great as the ones in other resorts. 5)Windy in the theatre, so most people leave. Bring a windbreaker if you plan to watch the shows. 6)Toilets are so difficult to flush that most are dirty and unflushed at all times. 7) The shower door is see-through, which is not convenient for a family traveling with teenage kids. 8) The beds are full size, no queen size, so 2 people cannot fit on one bed. Luckily, cots are given to guests upon request.

Vacation paradise
Staying here with other 6 cousins from 11/16-11/23 in RIU Palace Costa Mujeres is wanderful resort ,the food is excellent and the drinks is top shelf.Employees were friendly and always give you the best filling you are in the Palace ,a 5 stars ranking resort. Last September I’m staying in Riu Dubai with my wife for 9 nights and Riu Palace Costa Mujeres perfect match Riu Dubai. Shuki D.
