We arrived at around 12:30pm but the check in time is 3pm. front desk gave us bracelt and told us go get lunch at the buffet while waiting to get our room ready. To our surprice we have a oceanview room at the 3rd floor. If you like latin music this is the place, if you are more in hiphop book at your own risk lol. this place doesn't not play hiphop music. but out over all stay was good.

This was our first time in the Caribbean and it didn’t disappoint! Everything was amazing from start to finish, the food, the staff, pool and beach areas, the trips available, just everything! We had a fantastic time

Yooper Vacay 2026
Everything was absolutely wonderful except our room service...Horrible!! Room was never cleaned before 6p, never had anything special (no towel animals - nothing). Several times we had to get our own towels.

One of the best
We selected the Elite club and it was very nice. This property offers every level of entertainment. Family pools, kids pools , adult only pools you choose. If want the party swim up bars you decide. Want something a little slower then you select. Restaurants and buffet were very good. Fast friendly service at most spots. The only restaurant that had slow service was American country. Rooms were very well maintained. Cleaning service on our entry area should have been better. Cleaning cart left on floor each night with plates and food. Smoking is not allowed in restaurants but it is in the pools and pool areas. More smoking than we had ever experienced at on resort.

wonderful stay
This hotel is the best looking one from the Punta Cana resort and was a perfect choice for our family holiday. Hotel is renovated, amazingly clean and spatious with beautiful plants and gardens. Rooms are big, modern and comfortable, although if your not in the elite club they can be located very far away from the main amenities. The minibar is refilled daily. Food and drinks- delicious, plenty of reataurants and bars. Beach- the best one in this area, there was never any problem with the sunbeds. The staff is friendly and polite, also the hotel is very liberal when it comes to the hotel rules - the guest comes first. The shows and parties never dissapointed us. We also had an airport transfer included and hotel took care of it perfectly. It was a perfect stay.
