Came away to hotel Concordia with friends for 5 days to visit Palma before Xmas ..what an excellent hotel spotlessly clean staff exceptional and nothing to much trouble …even though we were the only English people Food was very good hot and plenty of choice …bus stop outside hotel straight into Palma 2 Euros pp decorations in Palma were so good …hotel is completely decorated beautiful lights and xmas trees no complaints we will be back more than worth a visit

Good place good value lots of Germans lots of food
For what you receive the value is good. We got buffet breakfast and dinner every day. Large selection of food! Most guests are German and the hotel food seemed to reflect that preference. The food itself was ok, not great but we were able to find things we could enjoy and like I said, exceptional value for budget conscious travelers. It was nice to start with a full breakfast and end with a full dinner after visiting different places on the island during the day. The room is small but comfortable. I Wish they had provided shampoo conditioner and lotion. Also missing is coffee maker in the room. If there was coffee in the room this would be better! Staff was friendly and most spoke English. We were able to speak enough Spanish to get what we needed in addition to the staff speaking some English

Excellent stay
This hotel is perfect great location all staff are so helpful and welcoming we all loved our stay. Hotel is immaculate and food is excellent service is amazing and all staff are helpful and friendly, location is perfect with all essentials near by the beach is lovely and everything all feels very safe

Riu Concordia
Very good for one week vacation in November! Especially for pensioners and after 65 couples. However the price is a little bit higher for the non season.

Hotel was in an excellent location near the beach- cleaners were amazing spotless room. Staff friendly . In a very German resort.
