  10/10 experience !

  I dined at noori yesterday and I had a great time. Janekia was amazing. Her smile was what made me enjoyed my time at noori 10 times more.

  Nice hotel.

  Hotel was nice but was not more than a notch higher than a Hilton or Marriott. I was slightly underwhelmed. The hotel bar was nice and social with live music on most nights. Friday night was DJ night and gets pretty loud. The drawback for me was the ridiculous amount of money they charge for pool cabanas $250 for 1/2 day and $500 for a full day… needless to say they were always empty. So they now have a reputation for being greedy and no money to show for it. Management should change this. The staff was always friendly and helpful.

  An Exceptional Ritz-Carlton Experience

  I rarely, if ever, write reviews but this experience truly made it a must. We arrived earlier than expected, but Florence, Richie, and Mark immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable, even though our room wasn’t quite ready yet. They went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of from the moment we arrived. We decided to step out and check out a local store while we waited, and in less than 30 minutes, we received a call letting us know our room was ready. When we returned, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we had been upgraded thanks to our Marriott Platinum Elite status. A thoughtful touch that truly made us feel valued and appreciated. That upgrade definitely earned me some bonus points with my wife… wink wink 😉 The service continued to go above and beyond throughout our stay. Every interaction with the staff made us feel welcomed, valued, and effortlessly taken care of. Breakfast at Coralli was relaxed and enjoyable, but it was the staff that truly made it exceptional friendly, attentive, and always making sure everything was just right. Casa Nonna (dinner) delivered an outstanding experience even during the rain with seamless service, a warm atmosphere, and incredible food. The rooms were flawless spacious, immaculate, and thoughtfully designed. The amenities were top notch, offering everything you could possibly need, and the views of pristine Grace Bay were absolutely breathtaking. This stay made my wife and I’s wedding anniversary truly unforgettable, and we loved it so much that we already booked our return trip. Thus time bringing the kids to give them the experience that we had. This is hospitality at its finest. The Ritz-Carlton Turks and Caicos sets the standard for luxury and service led by Florence and the rest of friendly staff. We cannot wait to return in the summer!

  Best Beach and amazing service

  Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Turks & Caicos was truly unforgettable, and it is overwhelmingly thanks to the exceptional leadership and care provided by Sarhan and his incredible team. From the moment we arrived, Sarhan demonstrated what true five-star hospitality looks like. He is an outstanding manager—calm, professional, approachable, and genuinely invested in his guests’ experiences. We had an issue upon arrival related to our reservation, and Sarhan immediately took ownership, handled it with urgency and grace, and followed through until everything was completely resolved. What stood out most was his attention to detail, constant communication, and sincere desire to make sure we felt taken care of every step of the way. Sarhan’s leadership clearly sets the tone for the entire property. His team—Raheem, Wiley, and Nadia—were equally amazing, warm, and attentive, which speaks volumes about the culture he creates. You can truly feel that he leads with integrity, kindness, and pride in his work, and it reflects in every interaction. The hotel itself is stunning. Our room was beautiful, impeccably maintained, and the views were absolutely spectacular. The ocean at this property is breathtaking—crystal clear, serene, and one of the most beautiful beaches we’ve ever experienced. Honestly, if it weren’t for Sarhan and his team, our stay would not have been the same. He turned what could have been a stressful start into an unforgettable and seamless experience, making us feel valued and genuinely cared for. We left feeling grateful, relaxed, and eager to return. We cannot wait to revisit Sarhan and the incredible team who made our stay so memorable. This is true Ritz-Carlton service at its finest.

  Wonderful Resort!

  We absolutely love going to the Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman during the winter, but we decided to try the newer Turks and Caicos Ritz Carlton for a change. We intentionally decided not to make comparisons between the two resorts to be objective. In short, we had a wonderful experience. The property is very new and has more modern design than some of the older Ritz Carltons. We would definitely return to this resort. The resort is also very convenient to walk to the grocery store, pharmacy, shopping, restaurants, etc. Here are our Pros and Cons. PROS: 1. This Ritz property recognizes your Bonvoy member status, which some Ritz Carltons do not. 2. Casa Nona Italian restaurant is wonderful; with the best eggplant parmesan we have ever eaten. 3. The pizza trailer next to the Coralli Italian restaurant is delicious, and you can order it poolside for a casual lunch. 4. Sushi at the Noori lobby lounge is some of the best sushi we have ever had. 5. The Paloma drinks are the best drink followed by the rum punch. 6. Ritual Coffee Culture coffee shop has delicious coffee and breakfast sandwiches for a quick and casual breakfast option. 7. The Club Lounge - absolutely splurge for the club lounge it is so beautiful and peaceful and the staff are all outstanding and make great cocktails! The customer service they provided was beyond anything we have experienced before in a Ritz club lounge. Here are the staff names and I am sorry if I misspelled any names, Wildley, Raheam, Nadia, Claudina, Janiel, Sarhan and Yiery. 8. The Ritz Carlton Lady Grace catamaran sunset cruise right from the beach - wow, what an awesome experience and highly recommended. We would have done the snorkel trip too, if we had more time. 9. Our housekeeper Evelyne was so nice and friendly and provided wonderful service. 10. Our pool server AJ provided great customer service and was so friendly and greeted us each morning by name. 11. The Ritz Carlton arranged transportation to and from the airport is definitely worth it. 12. The two pools and beach area are wonderful, and you could always find chairs. We spent most of our time either on the beach or at the family pool. The adult pool was very nice, but a little too quiet for us for pool fun. CONS: (Yes, only one) 1. The resort locks down the pool towels in late afternoon which we found out the first day, so we learned to take pool towels to our room each day so that we could swim in the pool at night. This was a minor inconvenience, but something to be aware of.
