Memories for a Lifetime; Staff make you feel at home
We loved our experience at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach! Jaciel #26 was such an amazing bellboy. As I was leaving for the airport, he made sure to watch my luggage so I could continue relaxing until the last minute. Sylvia at La Nao and the Bistro, David, Ruben, & Maria at Tazuna, Cristian & Xochitl at the Main Pool always make it feel like family here! Shout out to our KJ on the karaoke nights making our trip such an incredible memory.

LOVE the HISPITALITY HERE!
WE started at MONTE CRISTO - Gonzalo is the best ! We so enjoyed having Ricardo (And I hard) as our driver! Always so kind and attentive. Luis Galvez helped us move over to PBSB & he was so patient and helpful with ALL our stuff! Pablo at SUNSET IS amazing! Carlos #8, Alejandro, Elias, Rene, Freddy, Jaime and EVERYONE is so awesome at making sure all our needs are met! Fernando Arcos is AWESOME helping us with our pool chairs AND MAKING SURE EVERYTHING IS PERFECT! ….. pool 42 servers always are so wonderful. We love the lobby bar! Drinks are amazing! The resort is especially clean and so welcoming this visit. Love PBSB! Landscaping is amazing! Love whale watching!

Fabulous vacation
I want to recognize the best wait staff at Pool 17, specifically Hector. He treats me like royalty when I am on vacation. Constantly checking with me to see if I need. Anything from food and drink to an additional umbrella. He’s the best!

I normally would never go to an all inclusive resort but we went for a wedding. Since this resort was super expensive I thought it would be pretty nice. Wrong! First of all the room was just ok, a little tired looking with scuff marks and broken tiles. I expected better for the price. Next, the drinks were really bad. The wine was literally undrinkable. If you wanted better, you paid dearly. The food that was included was mediocre at best. If you wanted to eat at the resorts better restaurants, you paid dearly. I would not recommend this place and I would never go back. It’s basically a big rip off. Don’t fall for it.
