We had a wonderful time at the Sky Pool at Sunset Beach. The water was super warm. Adan our server was great! Food and drinks were good. Perfect afternoon. No place prettier than the view from the Sky Pool. 😁☀️🌴🥃

Top Tier Waiter Rafael
The waiter named Rafael in the 1950' s Burger Joint was welcoming and very kind. He explained options to a picky eater. To our delight it was a great recommendation. The new item the Koren inspired Chicken Burger. Hats off the chef the Gochjan Chicken Burger was soooo juicy and flavorful. I didn't have any pictures of the food I ate it too fast...🤣🤣🤣

We love Roberto at Pueblo Bonito!
We had a perfect day down at the main pool at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach! Roberto was our server and he made our day extra special! He is always cheerful and takes time to visit. We love Roberto! The whales were amazing today too!

Unwind and Relax
Exceptional Pacific views especially from the Sky Pool! Francisco (B1) & Elias were exceptional shuttle drivers!! Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation though too short 😎

Management has no desire to make your stay a positive one. Even misleading guest about issues with the resort. They lied to us about issues with hot water repairs to the suites. They offered to ove us to another building that they knew did not have hot water. The employees are very nice and work hard. The resort is pretty but does not offset the underlying issues. We have stayed here for 20 years and been lied to many times. Mgmt only cares about booking weddings. We moved to another resort this year and had a much better experience.
