Oct 06, 2026Fantastic Care and Attention to Needs
We are long time owners at Pueblo, Bonito, Emerald Bay. Our son has multiple health issues and severe food allergies due to IBS-d and gout. We carry an allergy card with us, listing all the foods he is allergic to which include but not limited to garlic, onion, Gluten, and lactose. In addition, he is allergic to multiple vegetables and fruits. The staff here at the resort takes special care and attention, including the head chef in preparing separate special dishes, plates, and meals for him. There are outstanding staff members that have known us through the years. They take the time not only to get to know us, but to remember us year after year and take care of us like family. My son never has a problem getting sick in the buffet because of two outstanding staff members that take care of him personally. Antonio Perez and Rafael Hedez take exceptional caravas, and watch carefully over his diet, and what is prepared for him. They also make it a point to find out every ingredient in the foods on the buffet. To make sure there is no contamination for him. Kudos to the head chef and to Antonio and Rafael.

Excellent Customer Service
My wife has severe food allergies. Severe as in she will spend all night throwing up if she eats the wrong oils, the wrongs flours, the wrong foods... After we had trouble communicating her food allergies the first day, the manager, Jesus, met with my wife and took care of it. The rest of our two week stay the staff made sure she got her food prepared perfectly. Adrian at the Le Cordeliere restaurant took care of her personally every night, ordering special plates of sashimi when there was nothing else she could eat. The waiters, Alberto and Martin at Le Cordeliere, are the best. Our concierge, Erick, got us moved to another villa with a better bathroom skylight on our first day. Penelope kept our villa clean and beautiful. We appreciate all the staff that helped us the two weeks we were there. Our last night they had a special dinner party for the Mexican Day of Independence. It may have been the best food I have ever had. Thank you to everyone at PB Emerald Bay!

Five star dinner service
The service at the Cordeliere has been outstanding since we arrive to the hotel and as it's always been every year we visit the resort. When my hobby and I come for dinner, we always ask for Rafael Hernandez and Antonio Perez to be our servers. Both of them go above and beyond for all of their customers, even if they are busy, they both equally give the same hospitality to everyone. We love coming to this resort because of their friendly, fast, and welcoming service.

Serving review
My experience with Antonio Perez and Rafael Hdez was amazing!!! They were so fast and efficient and made sure we were well taken care of. Loved the atmosphere they created for us, aswell as telling us more about the drink history and hotel itself. Would love to be served by them again!! Muchos gracias!!!
