Ready to Come Back
We just returned home from another annual trip to Emerald Bay and it was exceptional. More than anything else, the staff made all the difference. The atmosphere at the pool is always vibrant and that credit goes largely to Evelyn, the activities director. Her energy and enthusiasm ensures there is always something fun and engaging happening, making it feel lively and welcoming. Evelyn always above and beyond to interact with guests. A major highlight for us was the outstanding service provided by Julio, one of the many great food and beverage servers. Julio was always there with a genuine smile and fun to talk with while being professional and genuinely enjoyable to be around. I want to also mention Ana, who works at the pool towel area. It was just nice to see her every day with a pleasant smile. We are always appreciative and pleased with the staff of Erick, Melissa, Adriana, David and Remy. As a 20-year member of Pueblo Bonito, I think I have earned the right to also comment on things that need improvement. I have spent over 6-months of my life here and I have noticed a drop in the quality of the food and drink. The booze is low-end even when you choose the higher level packages. We were on all-inclusive for 3-weeks and I was quite tired of it after 1-week. It is not a good value and I can’t recommend it and won’t be purchasing all-inclusive anymore.

Excellent Property
I highly recommend staying at Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay in Mazatlan, Sinaloa, Mexico. The grounds are beautiful and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.

Pueblo Bonito Emerald Bay provides the best in customer service. Our cart driver, Remigio, was alleging and shares many laughs. Kind, fun good driver. Angel, Jose, Alexis, Felipe, Diego- great pool support. All the Cordelier staff!! Exceptional. Esmeralda at Cordielier. Annabelle and Suzanna - great hostess and manger. Our maid, Cecilia, took great care of us. Concierge- Michelle, Juan , Daniela, Diana- very helpful. So many wonderful people!!

Las Labradas tour
We booked a tour with Arturo to Las Labradas (an archeological site) to go see the Petroglyphs. What an amazing time we had. Arturo took us and was a great help! He helped us translate as well as helping my parents navigate through the rocks at the archeological site .👍🏼
