We Love this place. Service was excellent and the grounds were kept extremely clean. A very special shout out to the front desk manager Jesu Juarez. He was extremely professional and welcoming. I love Mazatlan.

The resort is beautiful and the staff in all areas are professional friendly and courteous. A real gem in Mazatlan
This resort is excellent. A beautiful place full of lush foliage and wonderful places to hang out. The staff are all great. Junior, Victor, Felipe to name just a few. They go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant and stress free. We did the all inclusive package. The food was great in all restaurants and drinks were awesome. The bed was super comfortable and it was nice to have a veranda with our suite. Coming back!

Another wonderful vacation
Emerald Bay always lives up to our expectations. That’s why we return year after year. Some of the many long time staff we especially appreciate are Gustavo and Gilberto at the Bistro, Jose at the adult pool bar, and Jairo, Dario, Claudio, Adrian, and Rafael at La Cordeliere plus Adriana, the best omelette maker in Mexico.

Ready to Come Back
We just returned home from another annual trip to Emerald Bay and it was exceptional. More than anything else, the staff made all the difference. The atmosphere at the pool is always vibrant and that credit goes largely to Evelyn, the activities director. Her energy and enthusiasm ensures there is always something fun and engaging happening, making it feel lively and welcoming. Evelyn always above and beyond to interact with guests. A major highlight for us was the outstanding service provided by Julio, one of the many great food and beverage servers. Julio was always there with a genuine smile and fun to talk with while being professional and genuinely enjoyable to be around. I want to also mention Ana, who works at the pool towel area. It was just nice to see her every day with a pleasant smile. We are always appreciative and pleased with the staff of Erick, Melissa, Adriana, David and Remy. As a 20-year member of Pueblo Bonito, I think I have earned the right to also comment on things that need improvement. I have spent over 6-months of my life here and I have noticed a drop in the quality of the food and drink. The booze is low-end even when you choose the higher level packages. We were on all-inclusive for 3-weeks and I was quite tired of it after 1-week. It is not a good value and I can’t recommend it and won’t be purchasing all-inclusive anymore.
