Oct 15, 2026Absolutely gorgeous hotel .
Absolutely beautiful hotel rooms very spacious and cleaned everyday also fridge stocked daily . Beach clean and there's plenty of sunbeds . Pools ... The quiet pools are brilliant however the swim up pool extremely noisy and always entertainment on. Le a carte restaurants superb food and service. Main buffet restaurant also plenty of choice and fantastic staff. Coffee shop open 24 hours for snacks cakes and coffee. Only negative there's only 2 bars open after 9pm and that's the sports bar which was freezing due to air conditioning and the piano bar which last orders was 11pm even though its advertised at 12pm Entertainment was very good in the piano too. The hotel is enormous and there's something for everyone. Would highly recommend. Also bare in mind the transfer time from montego bay airport took over 1 hour 15 mins going and on returning to airport it was 2 hours due to evening traffic . I would suggest have the lobby bar open later for people who just want a quiet drink. Overall this hotel is a hidden gem .

Great experience with amazing staff
Great experience! The rooms were very modern, clean and comfortable and the atmosphere was very relaxing. ALL the staff provided excellent and friendly service. Sashalee by the Mangrove buffet was always smiling and was genuinely pleasant, attentive and helpful. Nickeisha (supervisor for the Mangrove buffet) was also so very pleasant, polite and helpful. Karlene (Maitre D) was amazing...so diligent with her job, we saw her everyday and she was so knowledgeable, relatable and helpful. Allison (Robert's hostess) was so very engaging, polite and an excellent hostess. Our butlers, Kadane and Roy were simply great....always attentive and super responsive, so very professional, friendly, proactive and dependable. We could always reach them and it was truly our pleasure having them as our butlers. Audrey in housekeeping was a gem...the room was so very well attended to and she was most polite, efficient and friendly. Ricardo at the Senses lobby was extremely welcoming and accommodating, it was a pleasure interacting with him at the front desk. Triston by the VR Room was awesome to deal with; funny, friendly and he made the experience that much better. I also want to give props to Tyreke and Rachel by The Pearl, Troy by Robert's and Andre by Fusion 360 who were all so very polite, friendly and attentive. My family and I had an awesome experience at Princess Senses the Mangrove!

The resort is very large and there are many dinning options to choose from. I’m not sure the platinum package was worth it, but I don’t know what the experience would be without it. The only advantages of platinum was the additional pools (however there was no djs), the private buffet (food was better at the larger main buffet), and supposedly the butler service but our butlers did not really do anything notable. We had to wait forever to get checked in and when we asked for help with a reservation we were told none were required only to find out there was a wait when we arrived (no priority dinning as advertised). Also, all guest can use the gulf cart shuttle so there was often a wait (not exclusive to platinum). The entertainment team did a great job especially on the rain days! Shoutout to Starfire, Berry, Tiffany, and Energy! Lastly if you are into excursions plan on an 1hr plus ride as this resort is far from main attractions.

It was truly a beautiful vacation. Gorgeous resort but above all the staff makes the hotel . One of the best experiences we’ve ever had . Hats off to every staff member you are truly appreciated ❤️

Exceeded our expectations!
Princess Senses Mangrove exceeded our expectations! My husband and I were traveling for business but when you saw that an overwater cabana was available we grabbed it and made it into the most romantic business ever! The grounds & staff were all lovely & impeccable. The cabana came with everything we could want including private butler service. Jerome, Ricardo & Michael were at our service 24/7 regardless of our whim! Our spa massages were absolutely dreamy! The gym is large and stylish with everything you need. I only wish we had more free time to use it.
