This little Mom & Pop Resort is right in the middle of everywhere you need to be in Puerto Vallarta! Beautiful resort with the best service, rooms, food & drinks! Staff is amazing and welcoming, rooms where clean and spacious and the price is right every time! Always a pleasure to return and visit Vallarta knowing you have people who will make your stay amazing!

Paradise
Playa Los Arcos is so great! It's location is right in the heart of Zona Romantica. Walking distance to everything. We did the all inclusive package and the food is really good! The pool is lovely and clean. Rooms are super clean. Great beach as well. Very Mexican feel. Above everything else great about the hotel is the staff. You could not meet kinder people. From check in desk to cleaners, to concierge, security, service staff. All of them go above and beyond every day. Huge thanks to Miguel at the front, Damian, Alfredo and Pablo in the restaurant and Filipe at the beach. Thank you for the best vacation we've had!!

I love this place. We’ve been coming for years, but what is up with the kitchen? They claim they’re having ribs every Wednesday night. This is the third time we’ve been here and no ribs. What’s up with that ? if you’re gonna do pork rolls just say pork roll do not say ribs. We purposely stayed on property Wednesday for the ribs If we knew there wasn’t gonna be ribs. We would have gone to swedes or Ah Caramba’s

Excellent Stay and Value
The place was phenomenal. the staff was great and very welcoming. I really enjoyed this resort. The place was clean and organized. I recommend this resort to anyone who has family with children. From the moment we arrived, the staff members have embraced us as the part of the family. The general manager, doorman, security, concierge, housekeeping staff, the activity personnel, the wait staff, the maintenance, all of the employees were great. We are very proud of their excellent service. The most relaxation I have ever experienced in my life while being at their service. We enjoyed our stay. The Amenities were excellent. The location is absolutely phenomenal. We walked around going to North (Malacon area) to South of along the beach. We are planning to go back there in two years. I love their rooms also where we stayed. The view from the room was exceptional. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding. The value of the trip was exceptional affordable. Always go ALL INCLUSIVE because it is definitely worth it. It is very quiet where our room was. The sound of the beach was very soothing. Everything I have written here are all experienced. It was
