We had a beach wedding at PH Costa Rica. It was amazing! The resort easily accommodated our 70 guests. The location was perfect. The rooms were great. Everyone loved the all-inclusive aspect of the trip.

Great Experience - Mini Honeymoon
My wife and I stayed at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica during the last week of November 2025. Booked through Costco Travel as a last minute decision for a mini honeymoon. We upgraded to the Star Class which we think is well worth it. You get a dedicated butler, special access to another pool/bar, better alcohol, better breakfast options, etc. The entire staff was very friendly with the exception of maybe 2 staff members at the Fuel coffee bar during the late afternoon/evening (probably end of shift or something). The hotel property is very hilly but worth it for the views. You can walk for exercise or take golf carts that run continuously. Our butler, Antonio, was very attentive and friendly. He gave us a ton of information and was always willing to meet in person or communicate via WhatsApp. He helped with all of our meal planning, questions about the room, activities, etc. He made our experience a very positive one. Shout out to him and all the other helpful staff we encountered during our stay. The restaurants were delicious and even the buffet was good (of course you’ll find some dishes you don’t like or aren’t the best, but overall great). We’d say the star class pool bar had the best cocktail options. Muchas gracias y Pura Vida.

Wonderful family vacation with outstanding service
Our family vacation was better than expected at PH Costa Rica. The outstanding service started with our wonderful concierge, Henry Hernandez. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND making sure that we had the perfect experience. I cannot say enough good things about him. My oldest daughter has celiac disease and thanks to Irene Rostran and Chef Bryan Garcia, we never had to worry about her. We loved our cabana experience thanks to Irene. Thanksgiving dinner was extra special thanks to Bryan. Everyone greeted our family with a smile and truly wanted us to have a special time. I highly recommend the producers suite. Frank the Tank is a must for any excursion off the resort and wonderful for transportation to and from the airport. Thank you PH for the hospitality!

Great Week at PH CR
We were here for a week with family and had a great time. The service was excellent in all of the restaurants. Alexa, the bartender on the third floor of the main building was a stand out, always smiling and greeted us warmly, made great drinks and offered excellent service.

Amazing experience at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica!
Our stay at Planet Hollywood was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive and always willing to help. The food was excellent, with plenty of options and great quality throughout our stay. The views around the resort are absolutely stunning, everywhere you look feels like a perfect photo spot. I also want to thank the TripAdvisor community because, thanks to the reviews I found here, we discovered Gabriel and his team from Nomad Tourscr. We couldn’t have found a better local company. All our tours were completely private, which made the entire experience comfortable, personalized, and very enjoyable. They recommended some of the most popular activities such as Buena Vista Adventure, the Rainforest tour, and a beautiful bay trip with snorkeling. Each experience was well-organized and truly memorable. I highly recommend Planet Hollywood for anyone looking for great service, delicious food, and a relaxing atmosphere. And if you’re planning outdoor activities, I strongly suggest contacting Nomad Tours CR — they make everything smooth, safe, and tailored to what you want.
