  7 day stay at Planet Hollywood.

  Great resort with super friendly staff. Had help from day one with through Rozy and Gerardo to settle me in the resort nice and comfortably. Andreas from the Royalton helped with a nice tour as well! Entertainment was great, will definitely remember Yoe for such great energy and vibes he brings. Great for a family outing; we got in through the adult scene which lets you access both Family sides and Adult side! Beautiful looking resort with many excursions opportunities available nearby.

  Our Second Visit to Planet Hollywood Cancun

  This was our second visit to Planet Hollywood Cancun, and once again, we had a great family vacation. Travelling with four children of different ages is not always easy, but the resort has a lot to offer, and there really is something for everyone. One of the things we appreciate most about Planet Hollywood is the amount of activities and entertainment available throughout the day. The kids always had something to look forward to, whether it was spending time in the pools, participating in activities or enjoying the evening entertainment. The resort does a great job of creating an atmosphere that is fun and energetic without making you feel like you need to participate in everything. The food was good overall, with plenty of variety across the restaurants. Some meals were certainly better than others, but there were enough options to keep everyone happy, which is no small accomplishment with four kids. The facilities are impressive, particularly the pools, beach and overall layout of the resort. There are some areas where maintenance and attention to detail could be improved, but overall, it is a beautiful property with a lot to offer. What really made this visit special, however, were our butlers, Fanny, Armando and Victor. It is difficult to overstate how much of a difference these three made to our experience. They were genuinely kind, attentive and always willing to help, no matter how small the request. More importantly, their hospitality never felt forced or scripted. They took a genuine interest in making sure our family was comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Having people you can rely on throughout the stay makes a tremendous difference, especially when travelling with young children. Fanny, Armando and Victor went well beyond simply doing their jobs. They made our vacation easier, more enjoyable and ultimately more memorable. We are incredibly appreciative of the care and attention they showed our family. Having visited twice now, we have a good appreciation for what Planet Hollywood does well and where there is still room for improvement. No resort is perfect, but what keeps guests coming back is the people and how they make you feel. For us, that is what stands out most about this visit. Thank you to the entire team, and especially Fanny, Armando and Victor, for making our second stay another memorable family vacation.

  Loved it 👏🏼👏🏼👌🏼😁

  Just returned from a fabulous 2 weeks at this resort, let me start by saying it's probably best to stay clear of some review sites as I'm not going to lie in the last 18 months leading up to this holiday my head was all over the place due to some horrendous reviews BUT we are so glad we stuck with the plan 😁 we had upgraded to star class from the start and it was a great decision in my opinion, we arrived to bellboys taking our luggage, some welcome happy clapping and fan fare around the reception area which was a nice fun thing to arrive start the trip 👏🏼 check in was fast and smooth accompanied by a welcome cocktail, we where then introduced to one of our 2 PA's for our stay, Mr James who set up our WhatsApp chat so we had direct contact with them throughout our stay he then accompanied us to our room which we loved, it was spotless and he also booked our Al a carte dinners for the following 4 nights on the spot and then left us to settle in and have a wee wander around the resort 😁 we ate at sports bar on night one, some good options and enjoyed it 👍🏼 as soon as we got up the following day we had a welcome and good morning message from Mr Ignacio our other PA for the trip 👌🏼 these guys work alternating shifts but continuously keep you informed of who's on site and when, check in on you and appear around the pools etc to say hi and make sure your ok for the day I cannot speak highly enough of them and what they do if you need them to make your holiday the best and most relaxed it can be 😁 Mr James and Mr Ignacio 5⭐ the star class pool was excellent we had so much fun and met some fantastic people the staff are amazing to name but a few Luis, Victor, Miguel and miss Jacqueline had a massive impact on our experience over our 2 weeks they kept the drinks flowing, had some laughs with our group and where overall just just excellent embassadors for the resort again 5⭐ to them 😁 on to the food which is a regular source of contention in reviews 🤣 there are a wealth of options and yes I understand some of them but we had no issues finding somethinh we enjoyed regularly, we ate at shores for breakfast which is a star class option, buffet style but a lot more relaxed than the main buffet, fresh omelette made to order and all your usual breakfast options, gusto Italian for lunch was amazing and there is also a take away pizza window available through the day, star class grill was good, dinner I'll list from my personal favourite first, sutra Indian was amazing 👌🏼 steak house 👌🏼 teppanyaki 👌🏼gusto (lunch menu is better than dinner) 👌🏼 sports bar 👌🏼we did the fiesta night which was just ok food wise but again as I said there should always be something to your taste. This area is very hot and humid so our attack plan to avoid the dampness issue was to take some wardrobe dehumidifier bags and keep the balcony door closed and air con on at all times otherwise you'll likely invite some moisture into your room, the staff all around this resort are fabulous, always cleaning, maintaining grounds and greeting you with a smile I can't speak highly enough of the people we met throughout our stay here and.we plan to return in the future 😁 Thank planet hollywood 😁 till next time 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

  We had such a great time!

  Xavier and Joaquin were amazing at Flow Rider. They taught our family to surf in literally minutes, everyone had such a blast! Our kids cant wait to go back. Thank you so much for making our girls so happy!

  Favourite resort!

  Our experience at Planet Hollywood was beyond amazing. Star Class made the experience out of this world. Having Molly and Mafer help us from booking reservations to delivery fresh towels to our swim up suite made for a luxury experience. Would definitely re recommend this resort to anyone wanting to get away to relax or party
