Our vacation at Planet Hollywood was amazing! We had 10 wonderful days there. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated Yomelly and Jerry they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Our room was always perfect! Marciela and Flor kept it so nice and clean for us. It was such a great place to stay if you want to be pampered and taken care of. We also enjoyed all of the entertainment and the staff made sure we were having fun!

Had a wonderful holiday at this resort. Get the star class upgrade definitely worth it.
Had an amazing experience Yomelly is the best butler ever. Could not ask for better experience. Everything was awesome. He even decorated our room for our anniversary. We requested to eat at the Teppanyaki for us and 11 of our friends- Yomelly mage it happen for our group. He was unbelievable. Food was great at this resort - room was clean and comfortable. Star class pool was definitely worth our upgrade to prime membership. Had a wonderful experience. 10/10 !

Entertainment guys are the best
Luisa, Jesus, Mar and Joshua they’re the best entertainment. They are very very friendly. They give us opportunities for judge the Talent show. Very good experience. Benji very nice supervisor. Food and drink very nice.

Great place especially for family and party vibes.
Had a fantastic stay here for 2 weeks for our friends weddings. A lot of reviews left us worried before arrival but honestly this place is fantastic. Its important to point out our butler miguel who made the stay even better. Going above and beyond to make the room romantic for me and my partner on the last night. And Virginia in the main evening bar who went above and beyond all the time and was so pleasant. Our friends wedding was flawless aswell and so we'll run. Only downsides I would say is 1. If you dont go for breakfast its hard to get water before 10am and 2. Sometimes waiting for a drink can take a long time and if you need to order a mixture of cocktails, the staff can get a bit grumpy. However it didnt spoil our holiday at all... beach is fantastic, just got to get over there is a bit of seaweed. Pool is loud all the time so be prepared no much place for a peaceful relax ever. All the food was fantastic. We didnt overly rate the Mexican restaurant or catch... but wasn't inedible... the steak restaurant was awesome, teppanyaki and sushi both awesome... curry was good too. Another downside is your quiet far out from anything, about a 30 min uber into cancun 45 from coco bongos which btw you have to do... so much fun. We would defo come back here without hesitation.

Planet Hollywood amazing place to stay
We had an incredible stay at Planet Hollywood, and a huge part of that was thanks to our two amazing butlers, Yomelly and Jerry. Their service was truly outstanding. They were always friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our trip. Whether it was arranging special requests, checking in on us regularly, or simply making our stay more comfortable, they were consistently helpful and professional. Their dedication and genuine care really made our experience unforgettable. Planet Hollywood is already a great destination, but with exceptional staff like Yomelly and Jerry, it becomes even better. Highly recommend!
