Had a great time at the hotel. Service was amazing and the amenities were great. Plenty of food choices in a variety of themed restaurants. The rooms were well appointed, and very comfortable. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Already looking to book again.

10/10 perfect!
Our experience at Planet Hollywood Cancun was phenomenal! The weather was perfect! The food was great!! And the staff was amazing! Everyone that either brought up our room service, cleaned our room, was a bartender, was a waiter at 1 of the restaurants made the whole experience amazing!! There were so many amazing staff members but here are just a few of the beyond ones! Francisco and Rodrigo from Cabana 12 star class Ray star class pool Eric from cabana 3 adult scene Isreal from castaway pool bar Uriel and Javier and Daniel from tempankki Carla from braza David from room service José and Pablo at scene bar Marlon so cal waiter Manuel from sunset And there are 2 very special individuals that need their own recognition, and that is Yomelly and Jerry our Star Class Butlers. They made the entire trip special from making all of our dinner reservations and making sure anything we needed got to our room. To even Decorating our friends room for her 50th birthday with balloons and signs! We will definitely be back to Planet Hollywood! And I will recommend it to everyone!

My family and sisters family stayed for 5 nights. We had three rooms each with StarClass access and butlers. Our rooms were wonderful. Comfortable, clean, good views. Our butlers were fantastic. Specifically Yomelly, Jerry, Armando, Miguel, Chris, Ahuitz! Beach access was good (with comfy beds)pools were nice (spent most of our time at the adult pool as our kids are all in their early 20s). Lazy river was so fun! Food was average overall with our favorites being Brazilian Steakhouse and Mexican. Drinks were good. My biggest complaint was the chairs at the pool. People reserved them in the middle of the night. My son went down every morning at 6 am and most chairs were already reserved. Very frustrating!!!!

We loved Planet Hollywood and the staff there.
Diego and his assistant at the lazy river bar were absolutely the best. Always fun and friendly. Their service was amazing. Bladamir at the twist bar was my guy. He made me his special drink and was so funny and friendly. We loved our experience at Planet Hollywood.

Great experience with everyone. Our butler Angel and Edwar were the best. Food was good to great depending on the restaurant.
