A wonderful stay in a perfect located hotel
In January 2026, I completed my first trip to Paris, France. I have planned the trip with my sister for more than 2 months, and we chose Marriott Paris Opera Ambassador Hotel based on location, quality and price. I am completely satisfied with my 2-week stay at the hotel and would like to stay there on my next trip to Paris.
Others have provide review about the perfect location, easy for shopping, touring, and dining. My most impression is the high quality of service from staff at Marriott Paris Opera Ambassador Hotel. The front desk representatives provided efficient and welcoming check-in experiences, which gave the first good impression. The cleaning members did a thorough job every time when I requested the service. I have particular standard for cleaning, especially some areas ignored easily, such as areas at the back of a side table. I have noticed that the side table was moved for cleaning.
The most thanks I would give to the staff at SIXTINE. They gave me a heart-warming and feel-like-home experiences. The members always provided attentive services with smiling, especially lady Linh and gentleman Sawan at breakfast shift. They let me feel comfortable and welcoming, and offered me extra helps. Each time I had breakfast at SIXTINE, Linh provided me a cup of hot milk, which I usually drink at home. When I met Sawan at breakfast, he always let me know that he could help me. Each morning I felt energized after I had a comfortable, healthy and high quality breakfast at Marriott. Therefore I did not go out for breakfast during my stay at the hotel.
At last the only improvement I would like is the temperature of shower water. It is not very easy to have a consistent control of water temperature.

A must stay at in Paris
We had a wonderful stay in Paris as a family of four. The hotel is extremely family-friendly, and our kids truly enjoyed every part of the experience. The staff was attentive, kind, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Rooms were very well kept and spacious. Great value for the price and room types.
The location is perfect—close to metro stations, walkable to many attractions, surrounded by great dining, and just minutes from Galeries Lafayette. Getting to Disneyland Paris was very easy from this location.
The executive lounge was a huge plus for our family, offering breakfast, afternoon snacks, juices and sodas for the kids, and a fantastic happy hour with wine, beer, and small bites. The lounge staff was exceptional, especially Kishore, who made us feel like family. We highly recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay here again on future trips to Paris.

Great location! Beautiful hotel. Staff was super helpful. Kishor went above and beyond for my husband and our family. Highly recommend! My only complaint, would be to have more choices for food breakfast and dinner.. other than that would def be staying here again.
