    The perfect family trip

    The perfect winter getaway with the family. We travelled as 2 families with 2 small children and it really was the perfect set-up for us all. We had a swim-up room which was great for the kids. Service was attentive and personable. Rooms and whole resort were clean and had everything we needed. A special shout out to Christopher as our personal concierge who helped us book restaurants and all the things we needed, made the whole trip stress free!

    Delightful Family Experience

    Great time, chilled location, great service, makes a trip with family very easy. Christopher our concierge, Christian the dr (when our kid got sick) and Arisleida in particular were wonderful.

    Amazing Stay at Paradisus Palma Real

    From the moment we arrived, everything about Paradisus Palma Real exceeded our expectations. The resort is stunning, and the rooms were immaculately clean and perfectly maintained—truly a five-star experience. Every detail throughout the property was in order, making it feel both luxurious and welcoming. A special shout-out to our incredible concierge, Yaleidi! She went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. From helping us secure reservations to organizing travel plans and keeping us informed about all the resort’s events, her attentiveness and professionalism were outstanding. She made everything effortless and stress-free. The all-inclusive experience was top-notch, with beautiful pools, and plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained. If you’re looking for a relaxing, worry-free getaway in the Dominican Republic, Paradisus Palma Real is the place to be.

    Amazing family holiday

    We had family of 8 over the Thanksgiving week and the resort was perfect for us. Alam took care of our every need, scheduling dinner and activities, and greeting us with a smile every morning. He made sure our checkout was seamless. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the entertainment every night.

    Great Resort for people of all ages

    This is our second year coming to the Paradisus. Last year we were 11 people and this year we grew to 16, spanning three generations, three sets of grandparents, and teens from 18–21. First, the rooms are perfect—spacious, comfortable, with great views and a layout that makes it easy to come and go without disturbing anyone. The balcony is lovely. Second, the spaces around the property are magical. Whether you’re by the pool, at the beach, or wandering the grounds, there are so many beautiful corners to explore. Third, the coffee bar is my absolute #1 favorite. The staff is wonderful, and Anthony takes unbelievable care of everyone. I wasn’t feeling well and he made me a special tea that truly helped. He was warm, attentive, and brought a huge smile every time we saw him. We also had a fantastic concierge, Alam, who helped organize restaurants for our large group, arrange taxis, and handle the million requests that come with traveling with a family this size. He was kind, patient, and went all out for my nephew’s 21st birthday with a personalized cake. It’s a wonderful family resort, and we’ll be back to continue discovering more. of the DR’s magic!
