    Above expected levels of Reserve service, cleanliness, sandy beach, food & beverage qualities - standouts include Chef Elisabeth; sommelier Ramon; tequila expert Ricardo; servers Geraldo and others at Sante! And, the whales and sunrises!

    Paradise in Los Cabos

    This trip was delightful in very way, from airport to hotel and back the check in and checkout was easy and seemless. We had a delightful butler named Adalberto who was very kind, very helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The entertainment staff were wonderful and made every trip down to the pool so much fun! Alain and Caesar were the best entertainment activities hosts and we had a ball. Food was delicous on site, we did not many plans off the resort - and we didn't need too, we had a great time between the beautiful beach, amazing pool, and great restaurants & entertainment. Would go back in a heartbeat.

    There are better options. Wish we knew that before

    We were looking forward to a nice week at an all inclusive. Basically, the location is the only thing that makes the place worth it. Almost all the staff would benefit from additional training.

    Alexander was such a kind, fun, and genuine server. They don’t make them like that anymore, you need 10 Alexanders. We will certainly be back :)
